We were met just outside the port by Winston. He had given me precise instructions where to meet him. It was a 90 minute ride to St Anne. Our driver gave us loads of useful information during the journey. Once we arrived we met Benjamin and he then took us through from where Bob Marley was born to his final resting place. Benjamin's enthusiasm was infectious, and before long we were all singing.thus was helped by a little 🌿 that was available 😀.

Really fun active excursion. Since the boat excursion was sold out, we looked into other options, and this one looked good. I’ll start by saying if you’re not relatively nimble on your feet or if you’re not comfortable around the water, then this one’s not for you. There is a lot of walking through rapids, stepping on rocks. Our guides were great, Godfrey was our driver, and at Dunns River Falls we had Trevor Williams and photog Robert. At the Blue Hole we had Courtney and another guide who was a powerhouse. The guides were fun and did their best to keep us safe. Only issues we had were at the port finding our shuttle, they had our name on a list but told us to wait and basically forgot we were there. By the time they sent us to the bus (about 20 minutes in oppressive heat) everyone else was the bus and they squeezed us in. Also, there are a lot of non-tour people trying to sell you stuff, so keep your head down and keep walking. No handshake, and DO NOT let them put objects in your hand!
