Wasn’t on list for pick up at the Airport even though I paid for 2 Round trip tickets for pick up to resort and departure from resort. Scary situation. Will be requesting a refund

We’re sorry for the concern you experienced upon arrival. We understand how unsettling it can be when your name is not immediately showing on the airport pickup list.
Your booking was made last minute; however, we were able to accommodate both your arrival transfer from the airport to the resort and your departure transfer from the resort to the airport.
Regarding your refund request, as both prepaid transfer services were provided, a refund would not normally apply. That said, we are happy to review the booking and the circumstances surrounding your arrival to ensure everything was handled correctly.

Seamless booking.. found them in the airport very easy... air conditioned bus, safe and friendly drivers.. being a solo traveler i felt very safe and would definitely be booking again.

Great customer service! Driver was friendly and knowledgeable about the city. He talked about the city’s history and was overall friendly. It was just my dtr and myself and felt very comfortable all the way to Ocho Rios! Would definitely recommend!!

Service was exclusive and on time. Rode with family and they were very accommodating when it came to the children. No complaints.

Solo female travel from airport to resort. No safety concerns, driver was informative, though he didn’t have to be. Well ventilated but also with A/C. Comfortable seats for my 45 minute ride to my destination. I will book again without a second thought.

Vehicle was a van with other people air conditioning the best value in town my ride was like 2 half hours from the airport we was the last to get drop off driver was nice he allow us to grab some food from scotties his radio wasn't working but I wish they get wifi for the ride but everything went as plan

Nice long drive to ocho rios driver was nice to let us get some food away the way the vehicle radio was not working but the A.C air conditioner was working the vehicle we where in a van with other people they got drop off before us they stayed in other parishes or hotel along the way

I’m surprised! The process for reserving online was smooth. At the airport, people were friendly. My driver from the airport to the hotel was nice. When it was time for me to depart from my trip, I was surprised to see the driver waiting right on time! Very easy process!

Took my daughter for her 30th bday. Previous ride fell through and booked the night before, last minute. Easy to find, no problems with reservation, everything was easy breezy! Had enough time for a couple of beers. Everyone was friendly, great customer service. Price was affordable and I would highly recommend! I would consider using this service/company as a “Go To” when I come back!

Bit disappointed was told 25 mins for departure but nearer to 50 mins was tired after 16grs travel. Would have liked correct information nit a made up version when I asked for correct times from the driver he didn't know just said more people were to come? Correct info should be given by despatch, just cause I'm on holiday doesn't mean I don't have plans and my time isn't valuable too

I thought this was a private transfer. We needed up stopping at three resorts. How can you fix this on the return. Your title on viator was not clear at all.
