Exceptional experience
Our experience with David and his beautiful horses was the nicest experience of the trip. David is knowledgeable, funny and patient. The horses are beautiful, super well behaved and trained. Rio Celeste is amazing!!! The color, the cleanness…is a whole experience and we loved. We would absolutely do it again!.

10 out of 10
Excellent experience in both the dry and wet forests. The beauty of Costa Rica is simply incredible and this excursion gives you a taste of just that. Harry is very knowledgable of the country's history and easily shares his love for it and the work he does. Frank drove and maneuvered that van through the curves of those roads with ease! 10/10 I would do this excursion again!

Excellent! Definitely worth it!
Fantastic experience. Our guide was great and we felt very safe. He knew the river well and pushed us when we needed to get around a rock or whatever. Super fun area to stop and swim in.

Amazing experience for all ages
We had an amazing time. My kids (teens) had a blast and even told me they wanted to do it again. Our guide was friendly and respectful, he made sure all of us were safe while having fun. Highly recommended to anyone!

Wonderful experience
This was an amazing experience. While it was a drive from La Fortuna, it was well worth it. The countryside drive was beautiful, and the horseback riding was great. We’ve been on several horseback rides, and this was not your typical trail ride, this was much better. The river was amazing to swim in. This was my girls, 11 and 16, favorite part of our whole vacation. And, David was also great. He was so kind.

Better than great!
We were 20 minutes late, based on cell coverage dying as we were at lunch, so we were super stressed getting to our meet- up location. Christian met us with a smile and “no stress” vibe. We drive 15 minutes to the river drop in, and the fun started! We had a great time traversing about 10 sets of rapids, having great fun, but never feeling unsafe. At the end, we were greeted with fruit, water and a dry towel….what else could you ask for? Great guide, great experience…..highly recommend!

Pura Vida. For sure.
It was an awesome experience. They picked us up at our resort. Very informative and interesting conversation to Rio Celeste. The 3rd part of the excursion was to wet and improvise with a coffee & chocolate excursion. No problem.
Kevin helped me change future events. He was very honest with me. Best tour guide ever.
We stopped a few times for restroom breaks.
Highly recommended.

Beautiful hike! Do it!
Oscar was a great guide! He is so knowledgeable and very patient! It was an absolutely beautiful hike! It is definitely a moderate to strenuous hike with lots of steps. Wear hiking boots and use bug spray.
