What are people saying about Buenos Aires

Great way to see the city
I love a private tour more than a group tour because it's more personal and interactive. Communication with the company was quick and seemless.
Our guide Diego was a joy! Sharing photos of the history of Buenas Aires and how streets and sites evolved over the years to what they are today was like having a personal museum.
We laughed and joked as he talked about the city. He took pics for us and gave us time to soak in the sites.
Diego also gave us recommendations on restaurants and nightlife...and I must say Villegas Resto (a steakhouse for dinner) was amazing!!! Thank you!

Fantastic Tour with an Incredible Guide
This tour of Recoleta Cemetery was absolutely fascinating and one of the highlights of my time in Buenos Aires. Mariana was an incredible guide, so engaging, knowledgeable, funny, and passionate about the history of the cemetery, its inhabitants, and the city itself.
She brought the stories to life in such an interesting and memorable way, and I learned so much more than I ever expected. The tour was the perfect mix of history, culture, architecture, and storytelling, and Mariana made every moment engaging from start to finish.
If you’re visiting Buenos Aires, this is absolutely a must-do tour. Highly recommend Mariana as a guide!

Great tour with Ignacio!
Ignacio was a delightful and funny guide. I enjoyed the tour and discussions. He taught us a lot and made the day enjoyable. Even when it was busy with traffic, we felt safe. It was flat and easy to ride. I highly recommend to anyone, even if they haven’t biked much.

Great experience
Excellent experience. Pick up was right on time. Very good driver and clean bus. Show check in was easy and smooth. Wine tasting was really good. Dinner was very good and the highlight of the night was the Tango Show, which was more than a tango show. Excellent. And I can not forget about the staff: they were friendly, funny and courteous/respectful. Don’t hesitate booking this tour.

Buenos Aires - Hop on Hop Off
We took the Red Line and we saw so much of the big city of Buenos Aires. This is truly a great way to hear about the history and enjoy the sites while getting off at places of interest. We enjoy this excursion almost every city we visit. Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gaucho Estancia Experience – A MUST DO in Argentina
This gaucho (cowboy) estancia tour was honestly one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Argentina.
From start to finish, everything was seamless and thoughtfully done. Our guide, Oriana, was incredible. She picked us up right on time from our hotel in a clean, air-conditioned 12-passenger van with a fantastic driver. From the moment we met her, her energy was warm, bubbly, and welcoming. She kept checking in to make sure everyone was comfortable, even offering a phone charger if anyone needed one. It may seem like a small detail, but it made a big difference, especially on the roughly 2-hour ride to the countryside.
On the way, we made a stop at a really nice coffee shop for drinks and snacks, and later explored a charming historic town filled with cafés, souvenir shops, and even a beautiful church. It was such a picturesque stop and perfect for photos.
The final stretch to the ranch was an adventure in itself. We transferred into 4x4 jeeps for a short ride down an unpaved road, which added to the whole experience.
When we arrived at the estancia, the property was absolutely breathtaking. We were welcomed with freshly made empanadas and drinks (wine, beer, soda, or water). And I have to say, these were hands down the BEST empanadas we had during our entire trip. Don’t hold back, they keep bringing them!
We then had the option of horseback riding or taking a covered carriage ride. My husband and I chose horseback riding, even though we are complete beginners. The gauchos were amazing. They helped us get on safely, gave clear instructions, and made sure we felt comfortable. The horses were very well-trained and followed each other in a calm, single-file line, which made it feel very safe. It ended up being one of our favorite parts of the day. They even offered to take photos and videos for us, which was such a nice touch.
Lunch was incredible. We got to see the asado being prepared, which added to the authenticity. The spread was huge with multiple salads, and then came the meats. Pork, chicken, beef, sausages, everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The homemade chimichurri was next level. Wine was flowing freely, and the whole meal felt relaxed and communal. Sitting with fellow travelers and chatting made it feel like a big family-style gathering. Oriana continued to check in and engage with everyone, which made the experience even more special.
After lunch, there was live music and traditional dancing. At first we were a little shy, but after a bit of wine, we joined in and had such a fun time learning the dances. It was such a joyful and authentic cultural moment.
A few tips:
• It is a full day (we left at 8:30 AM and returned around 6 PM)
• Wear comfortable clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting a little dirty
• If it rains, the grounds can get muddy
• Definitely wear sunscreen
Overall, this was an unforgettable experience. Beautiful scenery, amazing food, warm hospitality, and such a fun way to experience Argentine culture.
If you’re even considering this tour, DO IT. You won’t regret it.
And if you can, request Oriana as your guide. She truly made the day extra special.

The Argentine Experience...
The Argentine Experience was 5 star. Stefano and his partner guided us through the process with style, humor and great Argentine cuisine knowledge. The venue was in a nice part of town and easy to reach. I highly recommend it, you won’t be disappointed.

Worth the price?
A very enjoyable trip to the Tigre Delta. A half hour ride from downtown BA and the town of Tigre has a definite charm to it. The boat ride lasted about an hour through the canals. Not much to see but enjoyable. The snack consisted of empanadas and a beer. They were very tasty as well. Finished with being dropped off at a market area to walk around. Enjoyable but not sure it’s worth the price.

Tigre Tour was beautiful and relaxing.
There is a half hour tour bus ride to Tigre where we board a boat that takes us up.and down the Tigre River reviewing homes, other boats and rowers on the river. Our tour guide and driver were great. The tour guide gave us ibteresting historical facts. You also meet people on the tour or we did. 🙂

Palermo’s colorful character and street art
This was a wonderful way to experience the color and life of the Palermo area of Buenos Aires. Vito was a terrific guide — enthusiastic, funny, informative and a great storyteller. We loved it, in spite of the very warm weather; we would highly recommend this tour.

Amazing food tour! This...
Amazing food tour! This was the very first thing we did om our trip to Buenos Aires (we had been there like 4 hours) and Lucy made this a highlight of our trip!
Come hungry because you will leave stuffed!!! Sherpa tours has absolutely earned their reputation as one of the best tour companies in BA. I would honestly say they are a must do in your trip.

Great overview of Buenos Aires
A small group of 12 folks, we were picked up at our hotel, ideal when you are new to the city and worried how to get to a centralised pick-up point.
Nicholas was a fantastic guide with a great personality- making sure we were well looked after and well informed during our trip.
Dropping us back at the hotel at the end.
