We had an excellent full-day private tour of Angkor Wat with Sam Pho, and I highly recommend him to anyone visiting Siem Reap! Sam’s English was excellent, and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the history, architecture, and culture of the temples. He pointed out details we would have easily missed, explained the meanings behind the inscriptions and statues, and helped us better understand the history and significance of the sites we visited. He also knew all the best photo spots! One of my favorite parts of the tour was getting to know Sam personally. He shared stories about his family and Cambodian culture, which made the experience even more meaningful and interesting. He was friendly, personable, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Sam was punctual, picked us up right on time at our hotel, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the day. His van was spacious and clean, and he thoughtfully provided cold water and refreshing, cold aromatherapy towels after we walked through each temple. Those little touches were especially appreciated in the Cambodian heat! Sam is also a certified tour guide through Cambodia’s Ministry of Tourism, having passed the required examination. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made our day unforgettable. We had an amazing tour of Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples with our tour guide Nol. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the history of the temples and area. He graciously answered our 100s of questions with expertise. Nol knew the best spots for photos and always had great paths to get away from the crowds! His car was clean and he had ice cold waters and towels for us at every stop. He made our first day in Cambodia one we’ll never forget!

Kong Thy was an amazing tour guide. Very friendly and knowledgeable and also had a good sense of humour which made it a fun few hours. Being picked up from our hotel made things super easy and staying in Siem Reap meant it was a short trip to the temples. The tour is very detailed and you will be provided with a lot of information regarding the history and explanations of the various sections, carvings etc. A very informative day.
