Top Transylvania Classes & Workshops

This is not a cooking class. It’s a dinner among friends who don’t know each other yet. A free discussion - while I share my ancient family receipes and we cook them together. It’s a way to get to know Transylvanian culture and to share yours. Food equals care, this is my belief. So let us care for each other on a lazy afternoon, overlooking the city by the fireplace.

Our luxury picnics are designed to create a special and memorable outdoor experience. Every detail is carefully arranged to combine the beauty of nature with an elegant and personalized setting. Beyond the standard picnic setup, you can also personalise your experience with optional add-ons such as catering, natural flower arrangements, a professional photographer, or other special touches. Each element is thoughtfully curated to transform a simple picnic into a unique and unforgettable experience. ✨

Held in your actual family home just outside Brașov, this experience is all about warmth, authenticity, and the feeling of being truly welcomed. You’ll learn to make traditional sarmale the same way they’ve been prepared in our family for generations, all while enjoying unlimited local wine, țuică, and a taste of our homemade cherry liqueur, vișinată. As we cook together, you’ll also get to sample a spread of classic Romanian snacks like cheeses, sausages, pork skin, and other favorites, while hearing personal stories and traditions that bring our culture to life. Every dish you’ll enjoy is made by you, with a little guidance from a true Romanian mom, and the intimate atmosphere ensures that by the end, guests don’t just feel like visitors, they feel like part of the family.
