They breed a few creole horses and they have a good amounf of cows and a few sheep (animals that you do not find on tourits´traps). Here, you will meet the REAL gauchos, not men dressed up as gauchos, as if this was a circus. Here, the gauchos belong to traditional, ancient, historical families of gauchos. On touristy ranches you find yourself in a huge warehouse, eating inside, where the beauty of nature and the animals is outside. You will definitely feel you are visiting family or friends.
