Everything about this choice for transportation to catch our flight at Heathrow was excellent. We communicated several times the day before to verify the cruise terminal and flight time. Even though our flight was cancelled before we were picked up, the driver made sure to get us to Heathrow as fast as possible, was very helpful with our luggage and gave us some advice about trying to get a new flight. We recommend using Mini Cab Ride for transportation needs to or from London.

Thank you to our wonderful driver, who arrived at our Southampton cruise terminal right on time, loaded our 8 pieces of luggage onto the spacious minivan, and stopped at exactly the perfect time for a restroom break on the trip to our London hotel❗️❗️❗️

All as advertised. Vehicle clean and good size. Driver was excellent. Helped with luggage. More info should be given to help vehicle selection. The vehicle’s I selected for all our transfers would not have been sufficient. Thank goodness I made an inquire and upgraded all the transfers.

Overall a good way to disembark with luggage and squeeze in a tour. Two weeks prior, we received a email with slight itinerary changes. Finding the meeting coach at the cruise terminal was difficult because the International Friends guide was at one of the numerous coaches not outside the cruise terminal as expected. After walking past each coach we found ours. Salvador was informative and helpful throughout despite heavy rain! We had a 10 minute stop at Salisbury Cathedral which was far too short after an hours long drive for a restroom break. Time was not sufficient to see anything at the cathedral. At Stonehenge the shuttle cue to the stones is not covered, forcing guests to stand in the rain. At 11:00, the cue was 15-20 minutes long. Stonehenge is independently toured but the free downloaded audio guide is excellent and recommended. Our tour ended at Windsor Castle car park to be transferred to our hotel via an independent driver “Samir?” who was extremely informative giving helpful advice and pointing out areas of interest.

Communication was excellent. I was notified when the car arrived (I was still on the cruise ship) and was sent a photo of the license plate. This made finding the car truly easy. It’s more expensive than the cruise line airport transfers, but well worth it if you want to walk-off or if you are tired of buses.

This experience was much more preferable for us than dealing with a crowded coach. Private van for just our small group. Driver was not a guide, just a driver, but he was helpful and pleasant. Seamless pickup at the dock at about 8am and drop off directly to our London hotel at about 3:30pm. Links were provided after booking to purchase entrance tickets with entry times and it was very easy to do. The times were perfect. We arrived at Stonehenge just prior to opening, so we beat the crowds that were there when we left. There's a nice café at Stonehenge and plenty of restaurants at Windsor for a bite to eat between tours. You get a free audio guide and headset at Windsor, so a guide is not required. Very nice day!

We used the service for roundtrip service from London Hotel to Southampton cruise terminal and cruise terminal to London Heathrow airport. Both ways, drivers were professional and prompt. We had a problem with pickup location from our hotel to the cruise terminal - i provided the wrong hotel. After speaking with the driver and dispatch they came to the correct hotel and off we went. It was 100% my mistake and they were very gracious and accommodating. I cant say enough how great they were in correcting my mistake. Vehicles were clean and comfortable.

Driver picked us up at Gatwick just after we got our luggage. There was 4 of us with 4 large suitcases and 2 carry ons. We rode in a comfortable VW van to Stonehenge. The driver waited while we walked out to the stones and back. Then a short ride to the hotel. Very convenient!
