Santos is one of the world's largest coffee ports, but most travelers stop at the Coffee Museum's export-trade exhibits without seeing how the beans actually get processed. Rei do Café (King of Coffee) has been running its roasting house in Santos since 1912—this visit covers the roasting, grinding, and packaging process on-site, with an espresso or coffee popsicle tasting at the counter afterward.
