In this trail of about 10 km (round trip) we will have the chance to experience some of the different environments that Tierra del Fuego Island offers us. We will cross the Fuegian Native Forest, we will get to know the important peat bogs and their beautiful reddish tones and we will walk through the imposing Fuegian Andes. We will also see the beaver dams and learn about the history of this animal introduced to the island and the impact on the native ecosystem. We will come across a variety of birds representative of the environments we will pass through. Finally, after a pleasant walk we will arrive at the Laguna Esmeralda where we will be impressed by its bluish green colour due to its glacial origin. Here we will take a break, have time to take pictures, walk along the shores of the Laguna Esmeralda

The National Park represents the southernmost protected area in Argentina. It is the only one with sea coasts and mountains. On this tour we will visit the Pipo River, Monte Susana, Acigami Lake, Alacush Visitor Center, Green Lagoon and Lapataia Bay where the Pan American route system ends. We will make descents to take photographs and a walk of about 30 minutes that will be subject to weather conditions. This attraction can be combined with the End of the World Train, a service that is purchased on the same day without prior reservation. To speak of the end of the world is to speak of Ushuaia. It is the southernmost city on the planet. Due to its location close to the South Pole, it has approximately eighteen hours of light in summer, while in winter, only seven or eight, but this does not mean that it is no longer a tourist destination. The city is surrounded to the west by Mount Martial and to the east by Mount Olivia and Cinco Hermanos.

We will enjoy a relaxing catamaran sailing along the historic and challenging Beagle Canal. One of the objectives will be to obtain the typical postcard with the lighthouse. We set sail from the local tourist pier by touring the wide Ushuaia Bay, watching the city. We will sail around Bird Island where we appreciate the Fueguin birdlife watching Skúas, Black-Brown Albatrosses, Steam Ducks, Cauquens, Cooking Gulls and Grey Seagulls; and the Isle of Wolves where we will see specimens of sea lions of one and two hairs. Both islands belong to the Bridges Archipelago. When you arrive at Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse (The Illuminators or also the colloquially misnamed Lighthouse of the End of the World), you will see colonies of Imperial Cormorants and Rock Cormorants. Departing early in the morning from Puerto Madryn, we will have a journey of over two hours through the vast routes and Patagonian scenery before arriving at this fantastic reserve. Our stay there will be no less than three hours, in order to cover both the Penguin Colony trails and the Punta Tombo Interpretation Center with enough time before our return to Puerto Madryn in the afternoon.
