We start by picking them up at their hotel or meeting point, and head to the hull of Estancia 25 de Mayo, where a short technical talk is held. Once equipped with helmets and gaiters, we set off from the pens to the south, crossing the impressive Cañadón of Calafate Creek.
During the ride, we will cross streams and discover geological formations that reveal the passage of millions of years. The canyon protects us from the characteristic winds of the region as we ascend and enjoy unique views of Patagonia.
After about an hour and a half of walking, we arrive at the Cave of the Creek, where the gauchos who guide the crossing prepare a delicious camper lunch. To complete the experience, a toast with wine is offered, before embarking on the return to the helmet of the stay, which takes about an hour and a half.
