Fantastic trip

Walking on the Tasman glacier was an incredible experience. The Helicopter Line staff were all great. Our guide Matt was professional and ensured our safety and made the 2 hour hike fantastic. The Helicopter flight was great

Amazing little excursion. Very weather dependent.

Such an amazing experience to see the glacier and hike on it. The hiking guide was friendly and informative. Boots and crampons were provided. Tip to bring waterproof gloves if sprinkling. Our trip was one of the rare ones that week since weather conditions caused many cancellations. Our trip was shortened 30 min due to incoming bad weather. But I appreciated the extra safety precaution. Set your expectations that Mother Nature may affect your plans!

Unreal experience , a must do activity !

We had an unreal...

We had an unreal experience & this truly was a top 3 moment of our lives. Thanks to Andrew, our pilot from TrueSouth who gave us a smooth experience even with some bad winds. Scott was a great guide who showed us around the glacier. His energy made the whole experience pass by so fast as we explored the glacier. This is something we would do again & recommend to anyone! It's not cheap but it is 100% worth it.

Wonderful adventure with our guide Connor Bensen

Hiking on the glacier was a one-in-a- lifetime experience. Connor Bensen was our guide and he was great - very communicative, considerate, and accommodating. He knew so much about the glaciers. It takes concentration as you walk on the glacier as it is not flat, but Connor made it very doable.

Breathtaking and unforgettable

This was an unforgettable experience for the entire family. The plane flight to the helicopter was smooth, beautiful and great with the added points of interest pointed out by Luke our pilot. We were unable to do the glacier hike portion due to incoming weather so instead, Simon our pilot, landed flawlessly mid point of the mountain. What pristine terrain and unforgettable scenery! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an incredible adventure.

An amazing experience

A fabulous experience flying over to Mt Cook and back and trekking the glacier - beautiful weather, crawling and sliding through glaciers and learning about the area from the air and ice was a truly memorable day. To top it off, our pilot, Luke, was very knowledgable, and looked after us for the whole trip. Our trekking guide, Ange, made our trek such a safe and great adventure that time went way too fast! Highly recommend!
