Your tour guide, Micheál O’Sullivan, is an experienced, professional photographer and considered a leading authority on Irish landscape photography.

This is a private, small-group photography experience led by a working professional photographer — not a tour guide with a camera. Maximum 3 guests means genuine one-to-one guidance throughout, from boat to island to clifftop. Most Skellig boats leave from Portmagee. We depart from Kenmare at 7.30am, with a scenic 50 minute drive to your licensed boat operator. On the water, you'll circumnavigate the Little Skellig gannet colony — over 30,000 birds — at close range. On Skellig Michael, puffins nest within metres of the path.
