Top Kas Classes & Workshops

The coolest part of visiting Turkiye is getting to know it's culture through hospitality. And this home-hosted experience is exactly for fulfilling that part of this collective mission to make your experience in Turkiye better. This is a small group cooking class hosted in a real Kaş home, not a studio kitchen, with a sea view that sets a calm, unhurried mood. Hulya is a former marketing professional from Istanbul who rebuilt her life in Kaş as a private chef and ceramic designer, and she brings that personal story and creative eye to the way she hosts. The experience begins with coffee and conversation, then moves into practical, home style dishes like karnıyarık, meze, and rice, with a vegetarian option when needed, ending around the table the way locals actually eat.

This is not a fixed-menu cooking class. It begins with the ingredients that Kaş has to offer that day: a visit to the Friday Market or a local grocery store, choosing fresh produce together, and turning it into seasonal Turkish meze at Leman’s Deli. Hosted by a neighbourhood deli known for its daily homemade mezze, the experience is relaxed, hands-on and personal. You will learn the small details that make simple Turkish dishes so memorable. The menu is largely vegan and vegetarian, celebrates seasonal produce, and ends with everyone sharing the mezze they have prepared around the table.
