The DMZ is considered a main landmark for visitors to South Korea and Most visitors tend to choose the Seoul route which is very crowded and complicated to visit. You can visit the DMZ on the edge of East Korea while disembarking at the Sokcho cruise terminal. It will be customized for the Sokcho cruise travelers. This tour has a maximum capacity of 5 people(up to 6 including children) For groups of 6 to 11, please note that the van rental fee must be covered separately. The DMZ Museum is closed on Mondays. Please book Monday tours only if you do not need to visit the DMZ Museum. It’s also available for cruise tourists. Depending on how long you’re staying, you can choose: Seoraksan + DMZ or Missionary Memorial Hall + Syngman Rhee’s Villa + DMZ. If you’ve already been to Seoraksan, you can choose the alternative course instead. You can enjoy everything in Sokcho in just two days. On one day, take a healthy walking tour around the city. For places that are harder to reach, like Seoraksan and the DMZ, join my tour and travel comfortably and easily. Experience the unique East Coast DMZ, different from Paju. Enjoy its beautiful coastal scenery and feel the real tension of the military standoff between North and South Korea.

The east coast of Korea is best known for Sokcho and Gangneung. We know many international travelers have a hard time choosing between the two. With this tour, you can stay in Sokcho and still enjoy a comfortable day trip to Gangneung. If you’re not interested in K-culture spots like the BTS Bus Stop or the Goblin filming location, you can visit Naksansa Temple instead. Also, if you’ve already been to another Arte Museum, you may choose Haslla Art World as an alternative. Please note that substitutions may not be possible when touring with other groups.
