For this particular itinerary we have chosen two wineries, prioritizing the family style, where visitors will be served by the owners of the establishments themselves, since we believe that this experience is something completely unusual in other parts of the world.

Visiting my favorite winery in Uruguay (after visiting all of them in the country), I am sure you will have a lovely experience with it! Your guide will be waiting for you at the Colonia port or hotel. From there you will visit a boutique winery, it is a lovely and relaxing drive through the countryside. You will have a private guided tour through the vineyards and the winery, and you will be welcome in a lay-back Uruguayan style. I know you will have a lovely time, as the winery owner is a friend of mine, and you will feel at home. The visit and premium wine tasting are paired with a traditional Asado (our way to cook barbecue) or with some cold cuts (appetizers).
