Itinerary

Begin your tour with an early pickup from your Falmouth hotel and relax on the journey to Jamaica’s South Coast. Along the way, enjoy spectacular views as you climb through the mountains and learn more about local life in Jamaica as you drive through rural villages and lush farmlands.

The first stop of the day is at YS Falls, a dramatic seven-tiered waterfall in the heart of the rainforest. Hop aboard a jitney (shared bus) pulled by a tractor for a quick and thrilling ride through the forest, then enjoy free time to explore the natural wonder. Perhaps dive in to swim beneath the falls, swing on the Tarzan rope, or get your adrenaline pumping on the zipline canopy (extra cost).

Continue to the Black River, where you’ll enjoy a typical Jamaican lunch (included) at the Riverside Dock restaurant, then head down to the riverbank to begin your cruise. Set sail aboard a pontoon boat for a cruise along the river, and look out for wildlife such as crocodiles, eagles, and egrets as you cruise downstream.

On return to the dock, your driver will be waiting to take you back to Falmouth. Your tour ends with drop-off at your hotel.

A must do adventure in Jamaica

Our tour guide Copely made this a most memorable adventure! From the start of our day trip straight to the end we were so well taken care of. Copely shared his knowledge and experience of Jamaica and we learned so much! We enjoyed the landscapes, travelling through the different parishes to our first destination of YS Falls. This is a fantastic and refreshing activity. Good photo opportunities and all the staff were welcoming and kind, with everyone's safety as their priority. Next it was onto Black River and our Crocodile adventure. We were provided a delicious lunch before having an ice cream treat. Special thanks to Antony our boat guide who gave us an amazing tour down Black River where we were in awe of the landscape, the birds, Mangroves and of course Crocodiles! We were so fortunate to have such an incredible day. Copely, Antony and all of the staff at our stops were so gracious and kind. Top notch, highly recommend.
