It's a convienent way to go up to the Monastery, but also see the island views along the way. It's only a transfer, but it helped since I did not have much time to find the local buses and try to figure out their pick up times. Pick up is easy too right in the center of the port.

Inexpensive trip to the monastery. Good 30 minute trip over the island with some good views. Quick stop for a photo and we were given 1 hour at the monastery.
Not too much to see there but the drive is enjoyable.
