The tour operator is a liar. I booked a private experience for $650. A water taxi picked me up with three other couples and none of the promised amenities. When I declined to accept the obviously lower level experience they promised a refund which they denied through this platform.

In some cases, transportation to the vessel may be arranged via water taxi, depending on logistics and sea conditions. That said, we regret that expectations were not aligned and that this led to frustration. Our tour guides Jamango, Beckett, & Kevin were the absolute best! We booked this private tour last minute on the same day we took it and it was so well organized. All the guides were knowledgeable, accommodating, and gave us the best experience possible! Our family travels often and we would highly recommend this tour. Make sure to bring your camera as the scenery is beautiful with so many spots for photo ops.
