This was awesome for us. We are seniors and don't do wild excursions any more! Lol.... We loved the peaceful glide in the water and the guides were very willing to tell us everything they knew about their island. Looks like they are just starting out and are planning for better walkways to the launch site by adding a boardwalk. Gave us water and drinks and we were happy. Would do this again if I could.

Great pick up driver from Royalton hideaway with informative 40 min drive to the river. Wonderful quiet, beautiful, peaceful, informative rode down the river on our own raft with a bench and our great guide Gilbert. We went to an amazing hidden mangrove area - very magical - and then a great beach where we found a lot of seamless and a sand dollar. Then a little outboard boat tows the raft back to the landing where there are bathrooms. They also provided us with beer, water or coke. A very, very fun, tranquil and pleasant morning off the beaten path!

A very nice day floating down the river.
2 adults and 3 children (ages 15, 11, 9)
Driver picked us up at the cruise terminal right on time. 40 minute drive to the rafting experience as we picked up two other groups.
The raft was so fun and relaxing! The rafts are handmade out of bamboo with chairs on them. Cold drinks for adults and children on the rafts.
We floated down the river with Captain Sweet, lots of fun scenery, through the mangroves, and to the beach for a quick chance to swim. Back up the river and done.
Our driver brought us back to the market by the cruise port. About a 20 minute drive. We had the driver drop us off there so we could purchase souvenirs and fresh fruit.
Great day and such a different, fun, and relaxing way to spend the day in St. Lucia. Everyone in the family really enjoyed it.
Recommend for those who are looking for a nice way to see St. Lucia and relax.

This was a fun event. Our guide was amazing; very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. We learned lots from him and he was able to answer all of our questions.
I highly recommend this tour, especially if you want something a little out of the ordinary.

The experience was great. We learned so much and it was very relaxing and fun. Well worth the trip. MR. Allen better known as DR LOVE was our tour guide for the bamboo raft ride. Told us about the area. The island and the people. Even slipped om some riddles that had me stumped. In my opinion this was a better bamboo raft excursion than in Jamaica. The rain waited until after we got back to the hotel to bless us.....which made the experience the best.

Our captain of our raft was very good! We enjoyed the experience very much! Seats were alittle uncomfortable so I would say improve on that and hopefully once the beach construction is done you can built on that aspect of the tour! Overall nice tour!

A great tour to see nature and the beauty of St Lucia. Our guide, Alan, was super knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed fresh mango, almonds, and a cocktail out of a coconut. My favorite excursion on the Island. Appropriate for all ages but engaging even if you typically enjoy something more active.

My husband and I booked our honeymoon at the Ladera Resort in St Lucia, so the drive from our resort to the bamboo rafting was about an hour long. Our driver was extremely nice and prompt when picking us up and bringing us back. We had Dr Love as our bamboo guide. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced in rafting. My husband and I actually got to row ourselves out of curiousty on how hard it was. He taught us and we did it for a few minutes. I admire their strength. We also stopped to stretch and our guide picked coconuts from the trees and prepped it for us to drink fresh coconut rum. Very nice, laid back tour. Would definitely recommend.

What a great adventure, Captain Goodfellow was excellent. His knowledge and descriptions on the local wildlife, and plants was very good.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The views from the river were amazing. And we enjoyed taking a dip in the Roseau Beach afterwards. Overall, this is a must if visiting St. Lucia.
