They never picked me up. After waiting for 30 minutes I called them, and they claimed they never had a booking in the first place. (I had a confirmed Viator booking and a ticket.)
They said I could go the next day, but it would cost another USD120 for a solo booking. This is on top of the Viator price, and not including the additional fees that everyone else comments on. They said they need 4 people in a booking before they will run it at the Viator price. So I wasted a day of my holiday.
Unless you are doing a group booking, I would avoid this company

The Weather was perfect and our Guide was Perfect! Unfortunately they were building a Gazebo type building and using a Chain Saw. Even though our guide asked them to stop they did not...Hence we saw only a few types of birds :-/
