It’s was a bit tricky finding the location but the ride was so good. I had a great time doing the Segway tour. I got to see some hidden gems that I hadn’t seen yet. I highly recommend choosing an evening tour.

We saw the main sites of Singapore, namely: Marina Barrage, Marina Bay Sands Hotel, Gardens by the Bay. The segways were tiny and didn't go very fast. The guide wasn't a Singapore Native and couldn't understand the questions we asked and it was also difficult to understand what he was trying to communicate to us.

We traveled by Grab ( $10 USD each way) to the location provided by the tour operator, which was a local food court and mall. We were directed up the escalator to the second floor and we arrived at a store front that was closed. After about 20 minutes, we texted the operator and received a response that he was running late and could we postpone the tour for an hour or so. We declined and returned to the hotel. We filed our complaint with Viator and received a refund within a few days... Good job Viator.

This was a home run for our family. We loved it and our kids thought it was the coolest experience we had in Singapore. Lewis was a great guide and took amazing videos of us inaction throughout the tour.

Vendor never showed up. We waited outside the closed shop for 30 minutes. Called several phone numbers noted on the shop window to find them all disconnected.

I was solo female traveller, I was meant with kindness and great conversation whilst on the tour.
The team accommodated my date changes.
It’s a must do to get such a different views and Instagram worth photos.
The price is definitely worth the 2hrs.

Most amazing Experience of the Segway tour.The instructions give prior to the commencement of the ride were bang on and perfect from a young segway expert Adam ko, his expertise in the segway was unparalled and worth a shoutout "AMAZING".
Had a great time in the beautiful surroundings around the Singapore River.

Great way to see parts of Singapore I’ve never seen before. And Louie was a fantastic guide. Took lots of videos and photos for us. It does get tiring on the feet but you can rest when needed. Segway is the way to go. See so much more in little time. And a fun way to do it. My 11yo daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Will be back with the rest of the family. Thank you, louie!

Josh was fabulous, he showed us all how to ride then took great care to capture the moments and sent it to us, it was a really nice way to see and orientate yourself to the major attractions. Our adult children were visiting from Australia and they loved it. Highly recommended

What a great time! We zipped around the park at the sports stadium and crossed the barrage to Marina Bay. Joshua my guide was lovely and took amazing photos and videos of me, with great views behind. He then compiled a montage of them all with music. What a lovely way to remember a great day. Would be a brilliant team activity too

Par quoi commencer… valider l’excursion à 16h puis demander de la déplacer à 16h30 pour la faire à 17h car on attendait d’autres personnes à qui on avait donner rdv à 17h. Puis orage et excursion annulée sans être remboursé alors que l’on me l’avait indiqué. D’où mon mécontentement…
