Our driver was safe and showed us many sights along the way. We asked to stop at the cave temple in Dambulla, and although it was not part of the drive from Sigiriya to Kandy, he was happy to accommodate and even gave us some additional information about the temple and its history.
He had some trouble finding our pickup location, so was about 30 minutes late. I contacted the company to see what the delay was. They responded very quickly (within 5 minutes via WhatsApp) and were apologetic about the delay.
I would recommend this driver service!
