Great exploration of the attractions in the area. Chairlift to top of Osorno is definitely worth it. Comfortable bus with aircon, knowledgeable and fun multilingual guide, and safe thoughtful driver.

Very nice trip, the guide Ronaldo was exceptional, he explained to us the places, customs, traditions, etc. in a relaxed manner. Considering that we were a bilingual bunch, he gave us the same amount of time in impeccable English as the locals. Small group of 6 people, I recommend.

We had a great time with Camila and Luis! They were so knowledgeable about the area, fun to hang out with, and made sure we enjoyed the tour safely. Our highlight was the volcano, even though the visibility wasn’t ideal. Definitely bring a rain jacket and good walking shoes for this tour. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful day exploring the must-see sights around Lake Llanquihue. Although there were a few unexpected challenges beyond our control, the experience was still very enjoyable. Our guide, Ivan, was knowledgeable and handled the day with professionalism and flexibility. We were part of a group with both English and Spanish speakers, and we really appreciated his ability to share stories in both languages. He made sure everyone felt included and informed throughout the tour.

My friend and I booked the Full Day Osorno Volcano Tour in Puerto Varas, Chile via Viator, but unfortunately, the experience did not match what was advertised.
The tour was promoted as a small group experience with a maximum of 7 people, which was a key reason for our booking. However, after being picked up first without issue, the tour continued to collect guests—eventually reaching 15 people on the bus, more than double the advertised limit.
Additionally, the tour was advertised as being conducted in English, yet as the only English-speaking guests, we found it was delivered almost entirely in Spanish, with only occasional and very limited explanations in English. This meant we were unable to understand key information about the sites we visited.
We raised our concerns with the tour guide, who acknowledged the issue, mentioned he had injured his leg, and claimed he had forgotten to inform us that the small-group option was unavailable. We then contacted Viator directly to report the issue. However, Viator refused to offer a refund, despite the service being clearly misrepresented.
This experience highlights a serious disconnect between what Viator advertises and what is actually delivered by the local operator. Unfortunately, Viator did not take responsibility for this, leaving us disappointed and out of pocket.
I would not recommend booking through this operator—for peace of mind during your holiday, consider choosing a provider that offers greater transparency and accountability.

You were informed beforehand that the tour would be operated with 14 people in a larger, new, and comfortable vehicle.
During the tour, you were informed that the maximum number of people per reservation is 15. In light of your unjustified annoyance, you were offered compensation, which you declined.
You could have canceled the tour, but you decided to do so.
Unfortunately, from time to time, malicious people appear whose only goal is to make pointless complaints in order to request refunds and travel for free.
I hope I never have to hear from you again.

This was an awesome tour, highly recommend. We had plenty of time to see the waterfalls and take lots of photos. Lunch was delicious and the chair lift ride on the volcano was very cool. Definitely recommend saying yes to the optional boat ride, beautiful view from the lake. Juan Pablo was a great guide, he knew so much about the area and fauna and made the tour very interesting. It was also great to have such a small group for this tour, it was just 4 of us plus our guide and driver so everything was seamless and easy. Highly recommend.

Juan Pablo was a wonderful guide! This trip was so much fun and the lunch was great! Highly recommend the salmon, mashed potatoes, and grilled vegetables. The van is air conditioned and comfortable, making for a pleasant ride. We took the first sky lift up Osorno and hiked the red crater then had a beer, it was perfect!

Loved this tour! Our guide Ivan was great and a really lovely person. I would recommend walking the volcano, if you can. It was such a great experience and such a great landscape to photograph! All spots on the tour where excellent!
A reminder to all be respectful of the time allocation to not keep everyone waiting. I really felt for our driver/tour guide who had a very long day.

Beautiful trip to the Petrohué Falls & great hike up to the crater at the Osorno Volcano. Miguel was very informative with his stories & history. Carlos way very patient giving us plenty time to hike & take in the views at each stop.

Waterfalls were amazing. Plenty of time given to explore the various walks. Enjoyable boat trip on the lake. Volcano was impressive but very cold with fresh snow on the day we visited. Tour guide was good and gave plenty of information to the group during the drive. He was helpful too as was the tour agency in dealing with a couple of minor issues. Would recommend.

The highlight of the tour was Ricardo, our driver. Can’t say enough about how enjoyable it was spending the day. Learned a lot of great history lessons as well as the beautiful sights of the waterfall, rapids and of course the volcano. He also took us to a great restaurant for lunch .

My family loved this tour for our weekend in Puerto Varas! Ricardo and our driver are very experienced and knowledgeable on the Parque Nacional Vicente Perez Rosales. Petrohue Falls, Todos los Santos lake and Osorno Volcano were spectacular! We were grateful for a fairly clear day with minimal rain. There were clouds over Osorno, but some sunshine too. The next day we were excited for spectacular views of Osorno from Puerto Varas and Frutillar (where we visited on our own). Ricardo speaks very good English. Bring 6,000 CLP/person for boat ride; buffet lunch is also extra, very good meal that you can pay for with credit card. Lovely day! Very responsive too, I accidentally left my hat and mittens in the van and the driver came back to return them to me which was very kind!

Great, easy, day trip. Great communication from Felix, and our tour guide Ricardo informative, engaging, and helpful throughout the day. Only a small group which was great for us. Shame about the clouds on the volcano but the ground level stops, especially at the falls, were just fabulous. A nice casual way to spend a day.
