Long time family reunion.

Part of my trip involves a wheel chair and I had to pass on the grip. The hike to and from the boat is not conducive to a wheel chair. I did not see this mentioned anywhere in the reservation material. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the excursion.

Great trip but not worth what I went through to go on it.

The booking process appeared easy but I was contacted by a random number through WhatsApp (apparently a 3rd party company) acting on behalf of Viator telling me that I needed to change my navigation time. It was extremely confusing and unprofessional. This should have been done via email and with much less confusion. When I arrived to hotel the day of the excursion, the hotel did not see my reservation and gave me a hard time saying that I would need to either 1) pay again or 2) not be able to get on the boat because Viator did not reserve my spot. For a few minutes I was completely panicking because I spent a lot of time and effort traveling to Puerto Natales just to go in this trip. Eventually after interacting with a very unprofessional and quite frankly rude woman at the counter at the hotel which further delayed me with just minutes left before boarding time to get on the boat , I was told I needed to run there in order to make it and if I didn’t make it then I would not be able to join the next tour. I felt so much anxiety as I ran to the boat and luckily I did make it. Once on there, it was an excellent experience after the fact but it was not worth the hassle and anxiety I went through. I hope that you all change this because it was disappointing to say the least.

El viaje en general especialmente al observar el glaciar y apreciar el color azul intenso de este .Ademas disfrutar en la cubierta, sacando fotos para el recuerdo, realmente una experiencia única.

No hice el viaje con ustedes por que nunca respondieron al cambio de horario que ustedes mismos me solicitaron y no hicieron mi reembolso.

Pésimo pues no tienen acomodaciones para senior

Ninguno pue no pudimos hacer el tour ya que mi esposa se accidentó quebrándome el metatarso. Trate de cancelar y fue imposible tanto co el agente de Viator y el proovedor
