Overview

Explore Los Alerces National Park today on this full day tour of the region from Esquel. You’ll be able to walk through the Andean Patagonian forest and immerse yourself in the Valdivian jungle, on the lookout for larch or lahuan. Einen Tag vor der Tour kontaktierte uns der Tourguide, dass die gebuchte Tour nur in spanisch und nicht wie gebucht auf englisch stattfinden konnte und wir innerhalb der nächsten Stunden kostenlos absagen könnten. Das versuchten wir, er antwortete, dass wir dies bei viator machen könnten. Über den Button "Buchung stornieren " konnten wir unser Anliegen nicht sinngemäß kommunizieren, weil wir dann mit einer Nicht-Rückstattung einverstanden gewesen wären. Also schrieben wir sofort eine Mail (alles von unterwegs, da wir auf Reisen waren), dass wir stornieren möchten und das Geld zurück bekommen möchten. Nachdem sich niemand meldete schrieben wir noch einmal eine Mail und wir haben wieder keine Antwort bekommen! Ich schließe mich anderen Bewertungen an-diese Firma ist undurchsichtig, wenig transparent und kompliziert! Ich hoffe, dass wir unser Geld noch zurück bekommen sonst kommt es mir doch recht betrügerisch vor! Ich rate von einer Buchung über viator ab!
