What To Expect
This North Coast tandem skydive over the Hunter Region of New South Wales lets you take in aerial views of the stunning coastline north of Sydney. Make your own way to Belmont Airport, located an approximate 1.75-hour drive from Sydney or 30 minutes from Newcastle.
On arrival, meet your highly trained and experienced tandem dive master, and receive a complete safety briefing from a qualified instructor, before your board the airplane and prepare for take-off. As the aircraft reaches optimum altitude, feel your heart racing with anticipation of the thrill ahead.
Securely attached to your tandem guide, you'll jump from the plane and soar weightlessly through the air as you free-fall at speeds of more than 130 mph. After one exhilarating minute, your guide pulls the safety ripcord and your parachute opens, allowing you to float through the air and enjoy views over the coast, the hinterland and lakes before your skydive experience ends upon landing.

A great experience! We were picked up in a minibus from central Sydney and driven straight to the drop zone (with a comfort break on the way). Once there, the check-in process was very smooth and we were harnessed up and ready to jump within about 30 minutes. Very minimal standing around (and even then it's still fun to watch the plane taking off and people parachuting back down while you wait). The team are all friendly and make sure you know what to expect, they're all professionals who have been in the business for years and you can't help but feel safe in their care. The drop zone itself is absolutely stunning, with the sea on one side and inlets on the other. We were incredibly lucky to have mostly clear skies, which meant the views were spectacular. The only slight downside was my husband's tandem master's camera - his photos are very fish-eyed! But other than that, absolutely can't fault the set-up. The only thing to really be aware of is that there is very limited food available, just a small coffee shack or a vending machine, so bring food if you think you'll need it.
Once everyone has jumped, the minibus is ready to whisk you back to the city - all in all we were back in just over 6 hours.

Absolutely amazing!!!!!!! My partner for the day ralf was amazing put me at ease. Out of this world experience!!!! Only thing is they don't tell you on the voucher you have to wait till the driver has finished there to take you back but they will drop you off at the train station. Everyone should do this

Everything lived up to expectation but would be better if there was an actual return ride instead of dropping us to a nearby train station.
