When I arrived to the Jamaica airport I couldn't find anyone. The lady was yelling at me on the phone because I couldn't find here. Your employees should wear company shirts with logo so customers can find them. Send screenshot so we know who we are looking for, or your employees should meet clients by baggage claims with clients name.

Prior to your trip, detailed arrival instructions were emailed to you explaining exactly where to meet our representative. The instructions directed you to look for a Road Travel Jamaica representative holding a company sign displaying your name. Our representatives are also easily identifiable in company-branded attire. Due to airport security regulations at Sangster International Airport, transportation providers are not permitted to enter the baggage claim area. For this reason, all guests are instructed to proceed to the designated meeting point after clearing customs and exiting the terminal. We also provided our direct contact information before your arrival. When we noticed you had not yet connected with your driver, we made several attempts to reach you by phone and text to assist you in locating the meeting point as quickly as possible. We would also like to clarify that our team remained professional throughout our communication and did not yell during the phone conversation. Our priority has always been to ensure your safe arrival and provide assistance whenever needed. We appreciate your feedback and continuously strive to improve the experience for every guest.
