I guess timing was crucial for this activity because I was do to a weather over night it made the ocean muddy and unable to see under the water. The instructor was very pleasant and patient trying to show me aquatic wild life but conditions did not make this possible. Staff, equipment, and instructions were all good once we went to the ocean and unable to see I just called it a night left a bit disappointed but had a good conversation with staff.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry for you that the nature decided to not give you a transparent water the day you went snorkeling. The sea is unpredictable. If We know conditions are not suitable We don’t do the activity. In your case the water was clear in the afternoon therefore We thought We could do the activity.
As you wrote , all our equipment and staff instructor are perfect, therefore killing us with a 2 stars is very unfair . The number of stars is to note the business, not the weather conditions. I suggest that you can match the number of stars with your opinion about our business ( equipment, staff, organisation….) . Thank you in advance

I found Blue Horizon Diving in an article of National Geographic who was recommending their dive school and fluorescent activity. (https://www.nationalgeographic.com/travel/article/see-the-oceans-glow-in-the-dark-world-on-a-fluorescent-night-dive).
I definitely recommend this unique experience. As darkness fell over the sea, we descended into a magical world.
The corals and anemonies illuminated by our UV lights, transformed into a mesmerizing display of vibrant greens and stunning purples, oranges and yellows, colors I never imaginated existed in the nature. What even more set this experience apart was the expertise of our guides very knowledgable, experienced and passionated.

Guides knew a lot about local Marine Life, showed us a lot of interesting sea animals, best snorkel Equipment I've ever rented at a Tour and the Guide Provider US underwater Videos of the Tour for free. All in all a perfect experience!!
