Our guide Kem was great! Our group had 8 people total and he was very attentive to everyone. He pointed out wildlife and plants and was very knowledgeable about the area. The kayaking wasn’t too strenuous beside a bit of chop. He stays nearby and can tow anyone who needs or wants it. Very safe very good company. Kem was super friendly— we’d recommend him!

Our group of 8 adventured out past Young Island to Fort Duvernette for a kayak, snorkeling, and hiking adventure with lunch and drinks included. The water was pretty choppy the day we went, so couldn't actually see much through the crystal kayaks. The fort was cool, but hiking up it is not for the faint of heart. Would recommend bringing decent water shoes since there was a lot of rock crumble.
Lunch was OK (included things like meat sandwiches, pepperoni and crackers, fruit, yogurt and granola, meat samosas), but not really vegetarian or pescatarian friendly despite my request when booking.
Kem was an absolute delight as a guide. Would have liked some more information about the sea critters we might see. Nice to receive a complimentary waterproof cell phone holder we could keep.

Hi Alexandra!
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I’m very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the meal options during the tour.
After reviewing our records, we were unable to locate a request for a vegetarian/pescatarian meal (not sure if it was a system error as they usually accompany the booking). However, we completely understand how important dietary preferences are, and we regret that this was not accommodated during your experience. We usually strive to meet all special dietary requirements and apologize that we fell short of that standard in your case. Going forward, we will also inquire about dietary requirements in the confirmations for our Intimics, to ensure that we don’t miss anything ever again!
Your comfort and satisfaction matter greatly to us, and we truly apologize for how this impacted your time with us.
We’re happy that you still enjoyed the experience and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future!
Thank you for Siteseeing with us :)

The trip was amazing. I am not an experienced kayaker and they were kind and patient to show me what to do. The snorkeling was beautiful.

It was an amazing experience with an incredible nice tour guide. The activity itself was so much fun with the waters, views and fish being beautiful. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a nice day out with friends or family.

There should be a weather warning for this one and clear information about what is required from the client and what is offered.
The wind was strong and it made the experience nerve wracking and potentially dangerous.
Definitely not an option to see anything through the kayak. Just managing to paddle across to the fort was a feat in itself.
My advice is this- if you are strong and want a white water rafting kind of experience when it’s windy go ahead.
If not make sure the sea is calm and you can enjoy it and do as it advertises.
Guide was lovely but this didn’t float my boat on this occasion. Pun intended!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate it.
First, we’re very glad to hear that you found your guide to be lovely. We boast about our dynamic team that works hard to ensure every guest feels supported and safe on the water.
We’re sorry that the wind conditions on your tour made the experience feel more challenging than enjoyable. As an ocean-based activity, conditions can vary. Safety is always our top priority, and we do not operate in unsafe conditions. However, moderate wind can sometimes make paddling more physically demanding. Hence, we inform beforehand that the guide can also tow you, if you experience difficulties or you get tired.
We always encourage guests to communicate any concerns beforehand, and let us know their comfort level and experience so we can properly advise. We’re also happy to reschedule when conditions are not ideal for a guest’s preference, when mutual availability allows.
Regarding kayak visibility, water clarity and surface movement can impact how clearly marine life can be seen, particularly on windier days. On calm days, the experience is typically much clearer and more relaxing.
Thank you again for your feedback and for Siteseeing with us! We hope that if you visit again, we’ll have the opportunity to give you a calmer, crystal-clear experience. 🌊

Clear kayak so you can see the bottom. We kayaked even though it was windy around the island to the fort. The foliage was wonderful on the cliff of Young Island. The fort was about 200 steep steps up but views were amazing and the fort was interesting. Ken was a great guide. He helped me get to the island with his skiff when the wind picked up. Knowledgeable about the island, friendly, and made sure everyone was safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Loved this excursion. Cass and Kam made everything so easy. We were picked up and taken to the most picturesque location we saw on the island. The kayaking was so fun and snorkeling was amazing. Saw beautiful fish and a big sea urchin. We definitely recommend!

Amazing experience with Kem! He was super nice and informative. We were the only ones on the tour and it was nothing short of amazing. Loved the climb to the top of the fort, beautiful views! Loved hearing about all the history. Thanks again for a memorable experience on St. Vincent.

Cass was amazing! We were lost trying to meet up with her and she came to where we were to pick us up. Our tour guide on the kayak was thoughtful and provided history. He towed some people back who were struggling in the wind to make it. The kayaking to the island is a but strenuous but doable. The water is not flat water there is a current you are up against. Just be prepared. My husband and I did it easily but others struggled a bit more in the wind.

Highly recommend this trip. We were collected from the cruise port and driven to the kayaks and given a fantastic experience. The trip from start to finish was enjoyed by all involved f our party and the staff were all friendly and informative. Best trip so far and a great price! Thank you

Kayaking across a clear sea to a beautiful quiet Island with amazing views. Then some of the best snorkelling we've done so far, with another fun kayak journey back to the home beach. 100% would recommend and do again.
Jasmine_S, Jan 2026
It was good experience but if you behind while kayaking the guides dont care. They stay ahead of ....way ahead
Anna_Z, Jan 2026
Cass was really nice and helpful. The cayaking was fun and easy and the main highlight of the tour.
Important! The information on the Viator page needs updating. The beach tour was not available even though it was possible to book. Instead, we went to an island fort. I can't rate that part as I didn't have suitable shoes for climbing up to the top.
I would recommend the tour, but only book the cayaking, and bring sturdy shoes.

The tour guide was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. He checked on us regularly and stayed in close enough contact in case we needed assistance. The clear kayaks were a cool and unique experience. The added bonus was docking at Rock Fort. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience! The crystal boat kayaking was unforgettable, and the views were breathtaking. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. They even offered private transportation, which made everything seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend booking with them if you’re considering this experience. You will not be disappointed!

Casa and her team were beyond amazing and accommodating! The kayak was so fun and it was cool to see the bottom of the ocean sands and coral! The views were breathtaking as well! I could not have asked for a better way to spend some time! If you’re in St.Vincent you should definitely Kayak with Cass!!!

Great trip! Cassie and Kem were fantastic! The organization was excellent, and we saw so many fish. Highly recommended experience.
Helene_T, Nov 2025
Wonderful adventure! The clear bottom kayak & the snorkeling was a great way to see the fish up close. Cam was so friendly & knowledgeable about the area. He went out of his way to make it a memorable experience. He even accompanied us up the optional hike & took great pictures for us.

Kem, our tour guide was great. Very friendly and courteous. His knowledge of the history and geographical sites is outstanding.
Michele_H, Apr 2025
It was fun, if somewhat hard work in the choppy water. We enjoyed the walk up the steps to the top of Fort Duvernette - the views were incredible. The snorkeling was also very good. Our guides were excellent and we got a nice surprise at the end because they’d taken photos and we hadn’t realized!
Thomas_K, Mar 2025
Good mix of activities. Kayaking, snorkelling, sightseeing. Overall an excellent experience with a super nice guide.
Chuck_Y, Mar 2025
Just for some context, I've been kayaking for decades: oceans, lakes, and rivers. The object we were given to paddle was no kayak -- it was more like the love child of a dingy Tupperware container and a 1920s-era bathtub. It was too wide and too deep to steer properly in anything other than a swimming pool on a calm day. We were certainly too busy paddling for our lives to bother to gaze through the bottom. About a third of the "boats" in our group had to be towed by a powerboat to avoid being swept out to sea. I'm giving this review 2 stars instead of 1 only because the tour guide was nice and probably saved our lives in the end.

Hi Chuck!
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. Safety and guest satisfaction are our top priorities, and we take every feedback seriously.
Our equipment was designed to fit a total of 400lbs and We regret that the equipment did not meet your expectations, and we understand how frustrating that must have been, especially as an experienced kayaker.
The weather/wind is sometimes unpredictable and that’s why we ensured each kayak has a tow line and our motorized tender accompanies everyone while on the water.
We are, however, glad to hear that our guide was helpful and ensured your safety throughout the experience.

Cass &Kem lead the kayaking/hiking/snorkeling tour. It’s a short kayak to Fort Duvernette, the seas were a little rough but Cass/Kem in dinghy & will tow you to Duvernette if needed. Once there you can take the steps up to 2 different view points the view is spectacular of water, Young island with St Vincent in background. Then Kem will take you across to Young island shore for snorkeling. It was fun & worth the price.
Chang_Y, Mar 2025
Kem is an excellent and knowledgeable tour guide. Not only did I have a fantastic time, but I also learned a lot about the region and everything Saint Vincent has to offer. His passion for his work was evident throughout the tour. Thank you for a wonderful experience—I highly recommend this tour to everyone!
Afshan_K, Feb 2025
the company offered us a pick up and drop off service for an extra cost this was useful saving us to try and find a way from the cruise terminal. they looked after the kayakers well.
James_B, Feb 2025
We met Cass at the cruise port and the instructions she sent us of where to meet were very clear. Cass took us to a different part of the island where we picked up our kayaks and our kayak guide. The guide was in a motor boat and was with us the whole time which was great. It was quite windy and a couple of our party struggled so the guide tied their kayak to the motor boat and made sure they could make it over to the island. The kayaking distance to the island was not as far as we had thought so do not expect the whole time kayaking but the island fort we went to was interesting with great photo opportunities and the snorkelling around the rocks was the best we did on our holiday so the trip was worth it for the snorkelling alone ! Although the kayaks were clear, it was not easy to see out of the bottom so do not expect to see a huge amount of sealife whilst you are kayaking. Overall the trip was good value for money and we are glad we picked this trip on St Vincents.

Big up to Cass and Kem! Impeccable customer service from start to finish. The team is dynamic and they made sure that my experience would be unforgettable and it was. My tour included kayaking and the climb to the top of the fort and a well presented tasty lunch. Kem is very knowledgeable about the history.. I felt safe during the climb up and back.
Patrocenia_L, Feb 2025
Wonderful sightseeing but kayaking was challenging in choppy waters and the uphill hike was difficult but so worth it. Our guide Kem was patient, knowledgeable and caring. Great experience
