No proper communication

During the booking, they listed my hotel in Kaş as a pickup location. A few days before the trip I reached out to confirm they could still pick up from Kaş and all I was told was that I will receive pickup information the day before the trip, so I assumed everything was still good. When they texted me the day before to confirm my booking location, they told me it is outside the pickup zone. I lost an entire day of activity because of them. They have confirmed that I will be receiving a full refund but I'm still extremely disappointed.

Super Tour kann nur jedem empfehlen. Und die Jenigen Die geschrieben haben es war nicht in Deutsch verstehe ich nicht was man da verstehen soll es ist alles selbst erklärend und es wird in englisch nochmal übersetzt.ich kann nur diese Tour jedem empfehlen. Dankeschön

Leider war es keine deutsche Tour wie in Beschreibung zu lesen war daher für uns nicht akzeptabel. Aber es scheint hier in Kemer sich ausdrücklich alles auf Russisch konzipiert zu haben.Schade da die Region viel bieten hat.
