Was a good trip across the bay, crew was entertaining and easy to ask questions if you need.
You aren’t guaranteed to see dolphins as they are wild but the crew will try the best to find them, saw a big pod of dolphins going after fish in a bait ball

It was a great experince. The agent and the service provider are very flexible to requests and communication with them is effective and efficient.
The cruise its self was great we spent almost an hour in the company of the dolphins, swimming from side to side ans blowing air out. My kids had an experience. They managed to also capture a few great pictures of the dolphins.

Extremely friendly staff! Made us feel very welcomed, was great to see so many dolphins up close, my daughter absolutely loved it! Skipper even gave her a little drive of the boat and she was over the moon!! 100% recommend!

We almost missed the ship. We followed the instruction and the instruction clearly states the meeting point is the corner of portside cafe. Actually there are two portside cafe and there is a ship at each of the corner of cafe. At the gate of such ship clearly states it is Wild Limited. But the truth is the ship was on the other corner, which confused more than 10 people waiting in the wrong corner at a raining day!

High chance you won’t see dolphins if the navy are completing exercises. The cruise’s should not run when this occurs as it clearly impacts the chance a a dolphin sighting, plus a helicopter and coast guard vessel were active as well, disappointing overall.

We loved this cruise, could not believe how many dolphins we seen, absolutely breathtaking! The cruise director was so informative & loved seeing the beauty of the coastline. Such an incredible experience cannot wait to be back next year when the whales are in town! Highly recommend!

Staff was lovely, but we saw one dolphin on the 1.5hr experience and the captain didn’t really tell anything interesting about dolphins to distract from the fact there was none for us to see. Was nice to be on a boat, but was very boring and would have been better to sit at the wharf and watch for a dolphin as we saw more at the bay then we did out in the water. If I could request a refund I would.

We went on the dolphin cruise on a very calm day. The boat took us to one spot where we saw four dolphins, which was nice – but after just a short time, we started heading back. We assumed we were going to try another location, but instead, we returned to the port and were even dropped off 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. It felt a bit rushed and disappointing.

Due to diligent staff, the cruise is very safe. There are many vantage points to view the dolphins both outside and under cover. sightings were not guaranteed, but the crew were experienced in locating the dolphin pods. I took no photos as I was engrossed in the experience!

It was a great cruise. The weather was great and the skipper gave us helpful information about the journey. We couldn't spot any dolphins but I do not blame the cruise for not trying. Great service and I would definitely try them again.

As always finding wildlife is not easy. It’s not guaranteed to see dolphins. However captain and crews tried to find them it was just unfortunate. Even though I couldn’t see dolphins I enjoyed amazing views and found beautiful beaches. Good experience for me.
