1. Dover Cruise Terminal 1 (CT1 – Western Docks) Main terminal for many major cruise lines. Meeting Point: Outside the arrivals hall after customs clearance. Drivers should wait at the designated private hire/taxi pickup zone. Customers will exit through the baggage hall → arrivals → meet driver with a name board. 2. Dover Cruise Terminal 2 (CT2 – Western Docks) Frequently used for large cruise ships (Holland America, Carnival, etc.). Meeting Point: Outside the arrivals exit doors in the designated private hire/taxi collection area. Same procedure: passengers clear baggage and customs before meeting the driver.
