This booking was not passed onto the venue. We arrived with the staff having no knowledge of us and no availability on the day accommodate us.
The venue were very apologetic and tried to help us. Customer services at Viator have also tried to help but ultimately we had a wasted 3 hr round trip that was a Christmas present for my parents.
