We had a great time in "the hole" escape room for my husbands birthday. We did so well until the final clue, however we did waste a lot of time working out a clue that wasn't actually part of the escape room anymore. This could have bought us more time to solve the final puzzle which is frustrating.

Awful experience

This booking was not passed onto the venue. We arrived with the staff having no knowledge of us and no availability on the day accommodate us. The venue were very apologetic and tried to help us. Customer services at Viator have also tried to help but ultimately we had a wasted 3 hr round trip that was a Christmas present for my parents.
