      Love your chocolate

      Ramaratnam_R, Dec 2025
History of chocolate making explained in a simple and detailed way. Visitor facilities are good and the whole process is well organised.

      Great day out

      Megan_C, Nov 2025
Fully booked due to it being school days but once in it was fine , enough space for everyone. Really enjoyable few hours with my little one .

      Fun at Cadbury!

      Melissa_S, Aug 2025
Wonderful experience, highly recommend getting early tickets and for the beginning of the day since they sell out frequently and it's crazy busy. We loved how they paced everyone thru the experience so you don't feel overwhelmed or rushed.

      Great for chocolate lovers

      Hiten_P, Jul 2025
We had a fantastic time visiting Cadbury World. The highlight for me was definitely the 4D rides—they were immersive, exciting, and a real treat for both kids and adults, especially the 4D Chocolate Adventure where you get to ride the Crunchie rollercoaster and dive into a chocolate river. The whole experience was made even better by the friendly and welcoming staff throughout the attraction. I want to give a special mention to Jay, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable with their helpful and cheerful attitude. We bought 7 customized chocolates and he made a personal video for each one of them AMAZING! While the day was full of fun and chocolatey delights, I did notice that the café prices were a bit higher than expected. However, the overall experience and the enthusiasm of the staff more than made up for it. Cadbury World is a great outing for families and chocolate lovers alike!

      Chocolate everywhere!

      Kim_R, Jul 2025
Great for kids & those who enjoy a great bar of chocolate! Definitely more for children but a fun experience for adults.

      Fun excursion

      Zarak_R, May 2025
I would definitely advise that this is a great tour for those with a family and especially kids. As a solo traveller it was enjoyable but most of the shows and rides are meant for children. Chocolate was great though 😀

      This experience is meant...

This experience is meant for a family with kids. My brother and I went and were outside the demographic but still had a good time. Although much shorter closer to an hour than the 2 the is predicted.

      Had a great day out

Had a great time at cadbury world. Very interactive experience. Lots on offer in the gift shop too. Would reccomend.

Not worthy for the money spent

      Mahesh_k, Sep 2024
Not worth money.Entry price is too much. Hardly 20 min .We can finish off. Not so good. No fun for adults

      Very disappointed

      Dean_H, Aug 2024
Complete waste of money and an awful experience. Tour wasn't very long, and only received 4 chocolate bars, 2 of which were included with the purchase of a £1.50 bag, so technically if you don't buy the bag you only get 2. I went with my little girl, £25 for me, £20 for her. Complete waste of money.

      I love the place

      Dorcas_D, Aug 2024
My children enjoy everything and they want to come back, am coming back again but the tickets is a bit specialise

      Good but overpriced

      Jaheeda_T, Aug 2024
I gave this a 4* because i do feel the tickets are still quite overpriced. But generally the children enjoyed themselves. They liked the chocolate writing and freddo ride. However we expected abit more of a ‘charlie and chocolate factory vibe’. Instead there were some confusing videos we had to watch about the history of cadburys and you are kind of rushed through each section by the staff. I think the videos needed to be abit more clear and concise so young children could understand. The queues can be quite long too, we waited almost half an hour to watch the 4D show.

      Great for a chocolate lover

Interested trip about the history of Cadburys. Get some free chocolate bars. Kids enjoyed the 4d cinema.

      Disappointing

      Frances_R, Aug 2024
Very disappointed. Used to be a great day out but something has definitely gone wrong especially the shop. The layout and choice was very poor. The amount of stock was also very poor

      We have an amazing time!...

We have an amazing time! My kids loved it! The staff was very friendly and the reception was very polite and welcoming.

      Fab day out

      Louise_A, Jun 2024
Me and my husband enjoyed our trip to Cadbury world. It was interesting to hear the history of how chocolate was made and to see all the different packaging.

Very well organised tour, but due to school holidays it was very busy and some parts were slightly delayed but still enjoyable

Been there-done that- now i‘ve got the t-shirt

      Julia_R, Aug 2025
Not very interactive, difficult for children as very long queues, also no translations , no view of screening areas, much too much traffic jam at corresponding points within the museum despite timeslots that are to be booked. All in all, overpriced.
