As requested, I signed up for the Exploro App which is necessary to gain access to this activity. I created an account. You could not access this activity directly through the app. I was required to enter a very convoluted link through the Google browser which created an error message. After multiple attempts and 60 minutes I gave up on this activity and arranged my own self-guided walking tour of Birmingham which worked out just fine. The AUD18 spent on paying for the tour was completely wasted.

We accidentally missed a few points of interest at the beginning as we did not notice the directions were printed at the end of the written descriptions. Got back on track easily though. But still a good tour of unusual places to see. Just over 3hrs to complete this tour.

This was my first audio tour and I loved it. Really interesting and it showed me parts of Birmingham that I wouldn't have found otherwise, and why I should find them.

We were completely confused by the instructions that we received we wandered around trying to find this address quoted on your form but nobody knew it until we by chance found it after about an hour of looking. It was far too late then to even start this tour which we were very disappointed about The system that this operates on was not explained at all well so we got nothing out of this experience at all
