Disorganised and disappointing

The class is held in a restaurant. All participants are crowded around one table - there's space to spread out, but they haven’t set it up that way. The instructor did not provide many demonstrations and did not really explain the steps in the process or why things needed to be done in a certain way. The restaurant was very hot. They didn't turn on the air con until after an hour, and it was set at 25 degrees. There was one guy doing everything - taking drink orders, cleaning up after each part, setting up the ingredients, instructing. It was really poorly organised. Things weren't fully set up when we arrived. The experience says it includes 3 glasses of wine, but it's so disorganised, you don't really get it. At the end, the food is also disappointing. The ravioli is ok - you eat the ones you made. The fettuccine from the whole group is cooked together and served with a bland tomato sauce that tastes no better than one from a jar. Because everyone's pasta is mixed together, its very inconsistent in texture. The tiramisu was average. Overall, a really disappointing experience that wasn't worth the money. I regret not booking to do a class in a masseria - even if the experience was poor, we'd have been outdoors and in a pretty location.

My husband and I enjoyed the class. We made 2 pastas and a tiramisu. Fun group and included 3 beverages-soda, wine or prosecco. You only eat what you prepare with your name which we appreciated. Grazie!

Poorly prepared, messy, and no wine knowledge. It was absolutely not worth the price. The young man was friendly but not capable of doing this alone, he was clearly stressed!
