This was the best tour I've ever been on, and i've been on a fair amount in my lifetime. It not only has to do with the beauty of this part of China, but more to do with my amazing guide, Eva, who taught me a lot about the history and science of the areas we were visiting. Not only is she super intelligent, but she's also a wonderful human being and it was awesome spending three days with her. Also, the manager of this operation, Andy, was extremely helpful and stayed in contact with me throughout my tour and also helped me with some other transportation issues I was having. He also just answered many general questions I had. I highly recommend you to visit this part of China.

We had an absolutely fantastic time on our tour of Tianmen Mountain and the 72 Wonder Towers, all thanks to our incredible tour guide, Jenny. From the very beginning, Jenny blew us away with her exceptional customer service. She was incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive to our needs throughout the entire day, making us feel completely relaxed and well taken care of. Tianmen Mountain can be quite complex to navigate, but Jenny made it effortless. She is highly knowledgeable and great at explaining things. She shared fascinating insights about the history, culture, and unique geology of Heaven’s Gate and the stilted architecture of the 72 Buildings, which really brought the sights to life. On top of being an amazing guide, she is also a fantastic photographer! Jenny took a ton of beautiful pictures and videos of us at all the best spots, ensuring we walked away with wonderful memories captured perfectly. She managed the timing flawlessly, ensuring we avoided the worst of the crowds and got to experience the magical night light show at the 72 Wonder Towers without ever feeling rushed. Wonderful Two Days in Zhangjiajie

We had a great experience on this 2-day private tour visiting Mt. Avatar, the Glass Bridge, and Mt. Tianmen. The scenery was absolutely incredible and definitely one of the highlights of our trip to China. Our guide, Jessie, was very nice, friendly, and easy to spend the two days with. She helped everything go smoothly and made it easy for us to relax and enjoy the sights without worrying about the details. Each day offered something completely different. The views around Mt. Avatar were spectacular, the Glass Bridge was a fun experience, and Mt. Tianmen was amazing. There is so much to see in Zhangjiajie that having a private guide made the experience much easier and more enjoyable. We really enjoyed our time with Jessie and would happily recommend her and this tour to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie.

3 Day Zhangjiajie Tour with Jenny

The three-day trip to Zhangjiajie was fantastic. We visited the Glass Bridge in the Grand Canyon, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain. The weather was bright and sunny for most of the trip. Though it rained on the day we toured Tianmen Mountain, we were lucky enough to enjoy amazing sea of clouds surrounded by mist. Our tour guide Jenny arranged the itinerary perfectly and helped us avoid crowds so we didn’t have to wait in long queues. She took great care of us throughout the whole journey, making our trip relaxing and enjoyable. One small note is we would have appreciated learning more history in each of the sites we visited. I would recommend the tour to make better use of time and to ensure you cover trip highlights!

Save time and confusion

I had 2 differebt guides for the different days. Both Jeremy and Sasha were absolutely lovely. Attentive, communicative and made sure everyone was taken care of. Taking time for pictures and getting to the best spots to save time. It After doing the tour I realize how valuable it was. The sites are massive and a maze of busses, cable cars and activities. It saved me so much time. I highly recommend! The only improvement could be to be clear on the advertisement that certain activities are not included although we do them on the tour. It is not a big deal because it is not expensive and not the fault of the guides but, the company.

We had the most amazing day in Zhangjiajie. Our guide, Nora, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She took us through the incredible Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, including the famous “Avatar” mountains, and her knowledge of the area was outstanding. What really made the day special was how she went beyond the typical tourist spots. We explored so many places and viewpoints that we would never have discovered on our own. Nora was friendly, professional, and made everything easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend booking with Nora if you’re visiting Zhangjiajie—it truly made our experience unforgettable.
