Top Provence Sports Lessons

We propose you to live with us a real local activity: petanque! This ancestral game has become a real local sport. A "game of balls" is always followed by an aperitif: we will take it together in a friendly atmosphere. Whether you know how to play or not, the main thing is to spend a friendly moment around an ancient game! We will start the activity with a visit of the house of the ball, in the heart of the Basket, to get in the mood. After an explanation on the origin of the game and the place visited, we will launch hostilities a stone's throw away. It is on the Esplanade de la Major that together we will try the art of petanque. After an hour of intense play, it will be time for a well deserved local aperitif! Good humor and convivilaité will be the key words.

This is not a typical beach activity — it’s a thoughtfully guided experience designed to create a meaningful pause during your time in Marseille. Rather than simply visiting the coast, you’ll be invited into a structured yet relaxed flow that combines grounding, reflection, and intentional connection with the Mediterranean setting. The experience blends gentle breathwork, guided journaling prompts, and a simple smoke cleansing using sage or incense to help create a calm and focused atmosphere. Each step is designed to be accessible, whether you are new to reflective practices or already familiar. What makes this unique is the balance between guidance and personal space. You’ll have time to reflect privately, while also sharing a quiet group energy that enhances the experience without pressure. We finish with a memorable moment at the water’s edge, making this not just something you do, but something you feel and remember.
