He was on time (early, actually) and I felt very safe driving with him. Not only that, he is very personable and intelligent, and chatting with him on the way was super pleasant. Tony was our guide for the private tour, he was great. We had a long layover coming back from our South America trip to the U.S. Having never been to Panama, this was the perfect fit for us. Tony was very flexible with pickup and dropoff at the airport. Tony was a very safe driver, with his new SUV. We told him our flight times ahead of time, and he filled it up perfectly with attractions and sights to see. Follow Tony’s advice to go see the canal first thing in the morning, he knows all the details to avoid the big crowds and get into position for best views and short lines.

Nady ( our Driver ) was pleasant and early. The car was comfortable and the trip uneventful , which is what wants ! They sent us a picture of the car and drivers name the evening before ;nice touch ! I don’t hesitate to recommend and will be using in our return.

Jorge is a great communicator! He checked in the us a few days before our trip to establish where to meet and was very helpful with our ride to the hotel. His vehicle is very comfortable and clean, and he is a professional through the entire experience. Thank you, Jorge!

Such a fantastic, unique experience! A highlight of our trip! Maria’s expertise and enthusiasm was so wonderful….we learned so much and this was beyond our expectations! Highly recommend if you are a coffee and chocolate lover and looking for something new!!

This trip was amazing. Yes, we were on the boat for 12 hours with about 200 of our newest best friends. But everything worked well for the entire day. Check-in was organized and orderly. We read before the trip that one review compared the meals to airplane food, but if that's true we'd like to know what airline the reviewer was talking about; while the meals aren't 5-star, they were certainly fresh and enjoyable. The entire crew was helpful and friendly, and seemed genuinely happy to serve us. Special kudos goes to the guide who spent hours telling us about the canal and answering questions throughout the entire trip. The guide and the rest of the crew also managed to keep everything in order without being heavy-handed; passengers were told the do's and don't's of travel on the boat and it worked as everyone seemed to comply. even the return trip on buses was well organized and timely. And finally, about the canal, if you've ever thought about going, you should.

This was a good choice. It was so good to exit the airport and see your name printed with your ride already waiting. The vehicle was big and spacious and we drove comfortably with air conditioning. Our driver got us to our destination safely and especially quick.
