What are people saying about Muscat

Great guide
I just want to say how much I enjoyed the Wadi Shab & Bimmah Sinkhole full day tour 🩵. We had a great guide, Muhannad who explained everything so well and really took care of us throughout the day, making sure everyone felt safe and comfortable along the way. It was such a great experience and definitely a day I’ll remember. I would recommend hiring a life jacket, even if you’re a confident swimmer, as it really helps save your energy especially on a particularly hot day. Also, make sure you bring plenty of water and wear shoes with a good grip as you’ll definitely need both. Wadi Shab was challenging at times but completely worth it and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. This will be a great memory for me from my time in Oman. Thank you so much Muhannad for making the day such an enjoyable experience ☺️ !

The Highlight of My Visit to Oman
Khalid made what could have been a standard city tour into one of the highlights of my trip. From the moment we met, he had a calm, welcoming presence that immediately put me at ease. He’s soft-spoken, genuinely kind, and exceptionally knowledgeable about Muscat, Oman, Islam, and the broader Middle East. No question was off limits. Whether it was history, religion, culture, or current events, he answered thoughtfully and honestly without ever making the conversation feel rushed. During the tour we visited the magnificent Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, explored the Mutrah Souq, saw the Al Alam Palace, and even drove into the mountains for a completely different perspective of the city. Along the way, Khalid introduced me to Omani coffee, dates, sweets, and local traditions, making the experience feel authentic rather than scripted. What stood out most was how personal the day felt. I never felt like I was being rushed from one attraction to the next. Instead, it felt like spending the day with a local friend who genuinely wanted to share his country, his culture, and a glimpse into his own life. I felt completely safe the entire time, found myself laughing throughout the day, and came away with a much deeper appreciation for Oman and its people. If you’re considering a tour in Muscat, don’t hesitate. Khalid is not only an outstanding guide, he’s a genuinely good person. I hope our paths cross again someday.

Superb day
A superb day out , visiting Nizwa fort and castle . Being expertly driven up and back down the mountain with full explanation by our guide and car enthusiast Aimen of how the 4 x 4 works . Seeing the fossils so high up indicates how massive that earth quake must have been. Followed by a cuppa and cake at the banana farm on our way back.

Beautiful sands, awesome guide
I thoroughly enjoyed every part of this experience, from the road trip and getting to talk to our super knowledgeable and friendly guide Qais, to the wadi where we got to take a dip in the clear waters and get my feet exfoliated by little fishies (optional but I recommend), to my favourite part of going to the desert sands and just absorbing the beauty of it at sunset
