This tour is a must while in Cairo!

Words cannot express the wonderful time I had on my tour today with Hamada! What a great guy! As a solo traveler, I was a bit worried going so far out of Cairo area, but from the pick up at hotel to the drop off, I was assured it would be a great and safe time! The Private Tour to Whales Valley & Wadi El Rayan Waterfalls in El Fayoum IS A MUST! The 4x4 ride was so much fun, learning about the fossils and walking through the dessert and ending with a great traditional lunch at a Glamp site was the cherry on top. Whether you’re a large group or just solo traveling, I highly recommend it. Thank you Hamada!

Very smooth experience.

We had an excellent time with Max. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We were immediately family. It was great to have a guide steering us through the sea of peddlers and camel handlers. Our driver got us safely to and from our destination. The shawarma was a delicious end to out experience. As a first time traveler to Egypt, this was a great way to visit the pyramids.

A very educational tour of mosques & churches (& 1 synagogue) in Cairo. Ahmed, our guide, was very good & took his time explaining the historical significance of all of the sites we went to, as well as the Khan el Khilili market, where he showed us where to get some good bargains.

Fun day in Cairo

We had a wonderful very well organized day with our guide Ahmed! Would highly recommend this tour and this guide for anyone who is looking into it. He was constantly checking in with us to see how we were feeling throughout the day to make sure everyone was having a great time. We ended up changing the order of things a little bit to make sure we made it to saqqara before the entrance to the pyramid closed. We liked that Ahmed put a lot of thought into the order of the day and moved things around so we got to do everything we wanted. We saw everything we wanted to and he also had more to add for anyone who had the extra energy. The lunch was also delicious!

Learn from an archaeologist

My guide for the day was great and taught me quite a bit about the history behind not only the pyramids we visited but also the country overall. Mohammed was the perfect guide for the day as he is an archaeologist with experience working in his field as was able to share recent examples of what has been discovered. Including a number of artifacts he found personally. Great day. .

Unbeatable Pyramid Experience

We booked a full day Private Pyramids and Sphinx tour and got Mohamed Salah as our tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and had the answers to all of my questions (and there was a lot) he was friendly and welcoming and made us feel safe and important from start to finish! He even pulled over and bought us some Falafel when my partner was getting hangry. I would recommend this tour and Mohamed a thousand times over! Great way to tick off my number one bucket list experience.

Lovely way to see Alexandria

Great way to learn about Alexandria. Liaising with the tour company was easy. I did the tour on a Friday so the library was closed (I knew this) and it meant that there was less traffic. My driver Walid was lovely & showed me sites as we drive to Alexandria. We then met my guide, Sheri and she was so knowledgeable and gave a detailed history about each site. Good amount of time at each site and some free time. All up the tour was a little shorter due to less traffic and closed library, but that suited me well.

An amazing experience! Of course, its everything you would expect, with towering monuments, amazing artifacts, and historic culture. But having Michael as our personal tour guide, all of this eye candy was given context and understanding of the time. An Amazing Day Trip to Alexandria from Cairo

Our day trip from Cairo to Alexandria was absolutely amazing from start to finish! I want to start by giving a huge shoutout to our driver, who was wonderful. He was very friendly, smooth and safe with his driving, and incredibly talkative and informative. Even on the drive from Cairo to Alexandria, he kept us entertained by telling us about the monuments and history along the way. Once we arrived in Alexandria, we met our tour guide, Mohammed, and WOW—what an incredible guide! He was extremely knowledgeable about every place we visited. We explored the Alexandria Library, Catacombs, Pompey’s Pillar, the ancient Roman sites, St. Mark’s Cathedral, a mosque, and several other important monuments. We also drove along the beautiful Corniche, saw the Mediterranean Sea, watched people fishing, and saw the beautiful palaces and historic sites along the coast. Mohammed truly brought Alexandria’s history to life. His knowledge was unbelievable—I honestly felt like a historian by the end of the day! 😂 He was kind, patient, attentive, and made sure we understood and enjoyed every part of the experience. We ended our amazing day with a delicious seafood meal overlooking the beach, which was the perfect way to finish the tour. Everything was included in our package, and the entire experience was well organized and stress-free. We are extremely grateful for this experience and especially for Mohammed and our wonderful driver. They made our day in Alexandria unforgettable. We will absolutely use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Egypt! 🇪🇬❤️ Thank you, Mohammed, for making us feel like we were traveling through history rather than simply taking a tour!

Friendly and helpful driver

Alaa (Aladdin) was an extremely patient and friendly driver. I did the half day tour to Saqqara/Dhashur/Memphis and he took me to each site and more comfortably and safely. I'd definitely recommend. He did ask me at one point if I wanted to visit a carpet museum, to which I replied "no" and that was that. (I'd read reviews from some people saying they were driven round tourist trap shops). Would definitely recommend, just make sure you know what you want to see and where you want to go - Alaa's English was quite poor (we communicated with Google translate), so consider this a personal driver/Uber as opposed to a tour. Sidenote: I only paid for car+driver, there are also car+driver+guide options but I cannot speak for those
