Just book this tour
One of the best tours I’ve done. Baalbek and Anjar were amazing, and the local guides were extremely knowledgeable. They were archaeologists or people who had been involved in archaeological work at the sites, so their explanations were much more detailed and interesting than on most tours. A special mention to Albert, who picked us up and took us between the sites. We really enjoyed chatting with him in the car and asking questions about Lebanon. He was very friendly and gave us a great local perspective. Lunch with him was also excellent, with some amazing Lebanese food. Honestly, just book this tour. You won’t find a better way to experience these places.

The whole journey was...
The whole journey was very enjoyable and the lunch was delicious. Hassan, our guide, is very professional and has a good sense of humor. On each site, we have the on-site guide explaining the details of the ruins of the temple and its history. I would highly recommend this tour.
