Unfinished Obelisk Tours and Tickets

Excellent trip with very knowledgeable friendly guide, Milad. Driver professional and skilled with lovely modern clean car. Milad was good at answering our questions. They were punctual picking us up. We would highly recommend this tour.

Samir Gaber is an informative guide and I learned a lot about the sites I visited! I would recommend this tour if you want to visit these sites and gain a better understanding about Egyptian history.

Overall this was a really good tour. The guide was attentive from start to finish and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and shared a wealth of information. The logistics were spot on too: no queuing for tickets, and a private motorboat to Philae. Honestly perfect on that front. Two things let it down, though. First, the stop at a perfume shop, which felt like a classic tourist trap. I was given a "private tour" of the shop and pressured to buy, which I never signed up for. Part of why I booked a private tour was to avoid exactly this kind of situation, not to be taken straight into one. Second, at the end the guide explicitly asked for a tip for himself and the driver. I did tip, but given the price I paid for a private tour, being directly asked felt a bit off. I'd still recommend the guide and the organization, but I'd love to see the shopping stop removed (or made optional) and tipping left to the traveler's discretion. knowledgeable. Tour really well organized!!! Guide Eman really able to tell you a lot of information about all the historical sites ,sweet and also able to manage your request and accomodate your needs and wish

A great tour! Rasha the guide was incredibly knowledgeable, bringing the history of Philae Temple, the Aswan High Dam, and the Unfinished Obelisk to life. Everything was well-organized, and even though the tour has a lot of quick stops I never felt rushed. Their passion and friendliness made the entire day enjoyable and engaging. As a solo female I have been cautious about going to ATMs on my own for safety, but when I asked to stop at one on the way back they were happy to! I was also running a bit late (10 minutes) coming into Aswan and it was no problem, they didn’t even mention it! Would recommend!

I enjoyed this tour between the transfer time from Abu Simbel to Cairo. I was picked up at Aswan Airport and sent back. It is convenient for me to go to some of the main tourism place for a short time. But it might be kind to make clear that extra rate is needed if someone takes pick-up and drop-off service from and to the airport both. (I agree to be charged because the airport is far.)

Great day with a knowledgeable guide. Comfy transport and loved the perfume/aromatherapy section. Temple is well worth a visit and dam is fascinating.

We had a nice tour. Fathy our guide was really kind and after we got picked up. We were hunger and wanted to eat something local. He took us to a local place. Didn’t allow us to pay. If you have time crunch half day tour at Aswan is good.
