Disappointed in Zadar!

The boat is a 50 year old delapitated very uncomfortable (hard boards) seats. There were 4 of us and it felt crowded. The skipper was NOT who we hired but was his very nice dad, who was charming! All we saw were inhabited islands straight across from Zadar which we could have seen with a pair of binoculars. Very disappointing for $360. Snacks were a small basket of green grapes

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. However, I would like to clarify a few things. The boat is exactly as shown in the photos and is presented as a traditional, 50-year-old wooden Dalmatian boat, not a modern speedboat or luxury yacht. We believe this is part of its authentic charm and character. Regarding the skipper, both my father and I are fully licensed skippers. We work together and take turns operating the boat, so there was no unqualified replacement. I'm glad to hear that you found my father charming and friendly. Our tours are designed to offer a relaxed experience, swimming, exploring nearby islands and enjoying the Adriatic Sea, rather than visiting distant destinations at high speed. I respect your opinion, although I wish you had communicated your concerns during the trip so we could have discussed them and possibly made your experience better. Zadar boat outing for 8

We were a group of 8. The boat was smaller than the picture. You need to find your way to the meeting point. It was easy to find as I received the coordinates on WhatsApp. The captain was friendly and tailored the day to our liking. He had nice fruit , beer, wine and water. We stopped at 2 islands with a chance to look around get our feet wet. We stopped in Kali for a seafood snack. The food was excellent. One issue, it was hard to get in and out of the boat at the Zadar meeting point . We had to handle a 3-4 foot drop from the dock to the boat. This was hard for our 70 to 80 year old.

It was a pleasure having your group on board, and I'm glad we could tailor the day to your preferences. Regarding boarding and disembarking, the difficulty largely depends on the pickup location. The cruise ship terminal is a port designed for large vessels, so the dock is considerably higher than our boat, which can make boarding more challenging, especially for older guests. When we pick up guests at the Old Town harbour, this is generally not an issue because the dock is much better suited to our boat. Thank you for your understanding and for sharing your experience. Amazing Tour in Zadar

Amazing tour and highly recommend. I traveled with my family and Antonio made sure we had a wonderful experience. He had floaters and snorkeling gears available for both adults and kids. Perfect way to spend the day in Zadar. Do not think twice, go ahead and book this tour and get ready for an amazing day. Thank you so much Antonio for taking good care of my family and I.

Cancelled without notice!

Tour was apparently canceled for weather. No cancellation came through so not sure whether that is the operators fault or Viator. Luckily found a spot on another boat and had a perfect day on the water
