This was one of the best tours I have ever taken. Adbar was an amazing tour guide, very attentive to our needs. We stayed a Secret's, so the trip was long, but he kept us entertained. I would recommend this experience.

What a fun and amazing time we had. He took us to all the highlights and was a perfect guide explaining the island culture. The stops at the various views where vendors were setup, always told us we had the best guide and I believe it. He bought bananas and gave one to my daughter who claimed it was the best one she ever had. I would 100% recommend him to anyone visiting the island.

We had a great time on this tour. Our guide, Abder, was knowledgeable, friendly and a good driver. Vehicle was immaculate. It was so nice having a private tour, as we could move at our own pace and our guide kept reassuring us , it was our time. He took pictures of us on my phone all day. Stopped and saw many sights along our way down to the volcano and had lunch at a local place on the beach afterwards (not included in tour price). The mud baths were fun and relaxing. The waterfall was fun too! I would recommend this tour.

The tour included an easy pick up by the friendly driver at the cruise port in Castries. A nice drive to many different colorful villages and to viewpoints through the lush countryside was memorable. The Piton mountain views were beautiful and majestic. The mud bath at the drive through volcano was enjoyed and the waterfall was refreshing and scenic. We chose to have a nice self paid lunch at the beautiful Hummingbird Beach in Soufrìerre. A recommended tour.

We booked a half day experience on the island. This was our final island trip of eight during our cruise.
Firstly, I will briefly outline the stops and then the trip itself.
Chocolate Shop- We felt this was an overrated money making gimmick. Unlike other chocolate tasting experiences, there was no explanation of the process, history of the shop etc. The chocolate/products were beautiful but extortionate in price. Unless you are an avid chocolate fan with money to burn, I wouldn't bother with this stop.
Rum tasting - This was a bit of fun. The products we tasted were beautiful especially the coffee rum, a bottle of which is now at home with us. Don't be put off because it is a shack at the side of the road.
Mud baths - This was a good experience which I would recommend. The baths aren't overpowering with the smell of sulphur but someone with mobility issues might struggle. Please be advised that there are no lockers for your belongings and they are left on shelving outside open to everyone. Also, your shower is the waterfall a few minutes drive away.
Waterfall - Everyone in our group loved this experience. As above, no lockers but there are changing cubicles. Again anyone with mobility issues may struggle. I would strongly recommend beach type shoes for this as the floor to the waterfall is very rocky/pebbley underfoot and at times painful. The waterfall itself was very powerful but really refreshing and innovating and it is fun to see the initial expressions on people's faces and the odd screech.
The trip - Overall we were all very disappointed.
Like other trips we were expecting to be be contacted the day before by the guide or rep to confirm our meeting point. This never happened so we went with the limited information we were given at the time of booking. It took nearly half an hour to find our guide and we had no response to a message sent to the company seeking clarification on the location of our guide.
Our guide was polite and the vehicle was spotless. We were informed that he had water etc for our comfort which was a nice touch. We knew that the island was mountainous and expected steep, winding roads. What we didn't expect was our guide thinking he was a formula one driver and the roads were a race track. The guide was advised at the first stop that one of the rear seat passengers was car sick. He asked if they had taken anti-sickness pills and continued to drive the same way.
There was very little commentary on what we were seeing or the history of the island. Most of our photo opportunities were at the side of the road, through an open car window with no opportunity to get out of the vehicle.
The experience was all very rushed, the guide was disinterested and we clearly didn't see the best of the area/island.
Unfortunately due to all of the above I would not recommend this trip/company.

We had a great time on the tour. The island is beautiful. Our driver, Lennon, was very knowledgeable and he told us a lot about the history of St Lucia, which made the experience very interesting. He was also very friendly and personable and an excellent driver. We would highly recommend this tour and Lennon!

We truly had the best experience with Sheldan as he stopped along all the great points on the island to give us various photo opportunities and time to see each sight! John was our driver/guide for the day. He skillfully got us to the Sulphur Mud Springs before the crowds arrived. John had our best interests as he constantly was looking out to make sure we were safe at all times. He’s extremely knowledgeable and personable. Exceptional tour and exceptional guide, Adber. We were picked up outside of the cruise terminal, Very comfy vehicle. Adber took us to all the main stops and told us about the island and culture along the way. He is a great driver and one needs to be on the winding crazy roads of this island. Since it is a private tour, if needed you can ask to change the tour and add or omit stops , They will accomodate if able. One thing I was not sure of was if we would get a good view of the Pitons and yes we did! Great pics and as others mentioned, Adber was there to take pics of us everywhere we went. He is incredibly nice and sovery professional. Always right there to open the door and help if needed, I would give this tour ten stars if possible.

Fantastic tour of the beautiful island of St Lucia, with many opportunities to stop and take photos. On the tour you are given the choice of visiting either the mudbaths, or the volcano tour, we chose the volcano tour, a guided walk around seeing how hot the volcano is. Worth noting, there are a lot of steps to go up and down as you walk around.
From there we moved on to the Waterfall, an area of natural beauty, but oh my the water is called. We then got to spend an hour on a private beach, with an amazing view of The Pitons, worth noting you do pay for the sunbeds here (EC$25 each). Final stop was then at a chocolate factory.
It is an amazing tour, but it is worth noting that if you are in the North of the island, the tour is based in the South, so expect a travel time of up to 2 hours before you stop, but it is definitely worth it.

Excellent trip to the mud baths and waterfall, but also had first class stops for photos and a visit to the chocolate factory. A real highlight was lunch with the lovely background of the Pitons. My wife and I were the only guests on the tour with Adber who was a magnificent guide. Really got to know him and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this tour and guide.

As this was a private tour there was a general activity route that could be changed to suit our choices. Our driver Adber was waiting for us promptly. A super guy, good sense of humour, knowledge of location as being a good sensible driver giving us a comfortable journey. The vehicle was a six seater people carrier in good condition. As we approached certain stops for view or merchandise Adber saw sense to drive past if it was busy with the proviso of stoppng off on the return journey. This proved to be the right move as these same locations were then quieter later.
Adber was also very obliging with offering to help in & out of the vehicle, carry things & taking our photos.
A very nice day seeing the sulpher pool & waterfall that was certainly well managed prior to our meet with Adber & then he continued with his friendly proffessional way too.

We had a great time on our private tour. We had John and he was very friendly and personable. He is a native and proud St Lucian, and told us a lot about the island. He was also a great driver, which is important because the roads are VERY windy in St Lucia. We hit all the highlights and got some great photo ops. We enjoyed the mud baths although it was super crowded. At least we were on a private tour and not a huge bus! John helped take pix of us, and never made us feel rushed.
Another thing to consider when booking your tour is whether the entry to the mud baths and waterfall is included or not. This tour includes the fees, which is nice.

Our guide John was fantastic- he was very friendly and engaging. One member of our party wasn’t feeling great, and he was always very patient and flexible.
We were able to choose what we wanted to see and do, and what we wanted to skip, which was really important to us. We were a bit underwhelmed by our lunch stop, but other than that, it was a wonderful day.

We had a great day touring the island with Sheldon! Stopped for chocolate and made our way to the volcano - didn’t do the mud baths. Got great views of The Pitons and we took lots of pictures along the way. Learned a lot about the people and culture of St Lucia and ended up with wonderful views of our ship in port. Drinks, including Water, Coke and Piton Beer were provided. Highly recommend this excursion.
