Paid for the extra entrance to be conned again to have to pay again. Was greeted by a manager who was extremely rude and had an attitude! Pick up was late, resulting in the trip overrunning and missing our meal at our hotel so we had to buy food. The flight was supposed to be at least 15 minutes we were told BUT we only got 5 minutes!
You can't buy individual pictures which then cost £80! Because the wid dropped it also nearly resulted in the pilots wanting to risk our lives, so no refund given! Aweful and scammed experience’

We were collected from hotel by very reliable taxi driver, We travelled an hour to reach the smile paragliding office in Analya. We were explained the procedure and offered drinks. We then went to take off site in a van with group of people. We had 12 year old and 5 year old with us. The journey felt extremely safe throughout. We were in the air in no time. It feels little scary when you have to rin off the cliff in parachute for take off but The trained pilots made it so relaxing and reassuring.It was my first time paragliding and I will do it again. We paid 40£ per person including pick up and drop plus 10 euro for some fees when we reached there. The pilot will take multiple.pics and videos in air for you which you can buy at additional cost. Overall amazing experience for me and kids.

They are scammers. They forced us to pay €50 for photos which we did not get a choice for, because they gave us the photos first and then told us how much it was after, which was when it was too late to back out. The photos cost more than the actual activity. More than half of the photos were selfies the pilots took beforehand, literally over 100 photos of them. It’s ridiculous. They also got our hopes up because the weather was nice so they said the experience will last 30 minutes, but barely lasted 10! They are scammers, only book if you want your pockets emptied. The workers were very unprofessional and clearly only cared about the money. They sugar coat all the information and then by the end you pay so much more than expected. If you try to ask any questions beforehand about the additional charges you get ignored, like all of us did. The actual pilots don’t speak anything other than Turkish which made the experience even more boring, being in the sky in silence due to the language barrier. I went with my friends and nobody had a good experience, one was even manhandled by the pilot for the photos, forcing them to pose a certain way. To summarise, the experience as a whole was very uncomfortable, disturbing, traumatising and they have put me off completely.

Actual experience was good but the company “pirates paragling” they are rubbish very rude behaviour made us wait at the office for 4 hrs saying that they don’t have enough staff and they never mentioned that we have to pay for the pictures which was £50 for absolutely rubbish pictures. They wasted the whole day on their website it says whole experience will take 3-4hrs including journey from and to the hotel. They picked us at 10:50 and drop us at 6pm and the evening whata waste. Avoid this company I wouldn’t give this a one star. Total rip off and very very rude 🤬🤬.

During all the taxi rides, which came to pick us up at each hotel, many of us finally refused to continue the adventure. We therefore refused to jump and to pay all the additional fees that were requested of us upon our arrival.

Paying for admission, yes, I was aware of that. On the other hand, I had never been informed that it was also necessary to pay for training as well as equipment rental.
Then, they asked us to pay for the photos and videos. And here, we are talking about astronomical sums for simply a video and a few photos.
I insist on a particularly serious point: at this stage, there is no longer really any doubt about the deceptive nature of this practice.
On-site, it is forbidden for anyone to have an action camera, that is to say a camera attached to the chest using a mount or any other device, officially for safety reasons.
On the other hand, they use a camera attached to a pole and claim that it would be safer than a camera attached to the chest. I find that completely ridiculous.
In reality, I mostly had the feeling that the goal was to prevent us from filming ourselves in order to force us to buy their photos and videos.
And that is when I understood that the situation was particularly problematic: after several minutes of discussion, one of the people present on-site informed me that, if I wished to use my own camera, I had to pay fees equivalent to the price of their photos and videos. They called this "risk-taking fees."
I am sorry, but this is unheard of. Asking someone to pay for the right to record with their own camera, I find that simply mind-blowing.
To this, one must add the €75 already paid on Viator.
If you do the math, the activity therefore ends up costing us nearly €250 for only 15 minutes of activity, because yes, the activity is extremely short.
