The communication with the supplier was poor, it wasn’t until 6pm of night before that we had confirmation of hotel pick up.
We also had no time to work with supplier to customise the schedule, though they did agree to our request for two of the items on the list.
On the day of the tour we were not informed in much detail about how the tour would progress so we had no chance to revise the plan devised by the operator.
There driver provided little or no background to the places we visited or in between, simply telling us where our next stop would be.
There was no bottled water as advertised and the tour was shorter than advertised..
The tour vehicle was good quality and to provide some balance we did get a great view of Mt.Fuji from the four stops offs and enjoyed our visit to the requested waterfall and traditional village.
Overall we feel the quality of product was below the standard we expected for the price and would not recommend the supplier

This tour is a customizable Mount Fuji private tour, and as stated in the booking, guests are responsible for selecting and confirming their preferred destinations in advance. Your request for two additional stops was reviewed and accommodated accordingly.
Regarding your comment about limited time to customize the tour, the option to customize is clearly provided at the time of booking, and no restrictions were placed on submitting your preferred itinerary prior to the tour.
Concerning the confirmation timing, the assigned driver-guide was completing a prior tour, which may have affected the timing of final confirmation. However, this did not impact the actual delivery of your scheduled service.
During the tour, all agreed stops were completed. Our driver-guide provided explanations at each destination, including historical and cultural context.
The Mt. Fuji 5th Station was closed on the day due to weather and safety conditions, which is beyond our control. Alternative locations were visited instead.
Your request to visit Hakone was made during the tour. However, Hakone is outside the scope of the selected Mount Fuji package and could not be accommodated due to distance and time limitations.
No concerns were raised with us during the tour, and the service was delivered as agreed.
Based on the above, the tour was conducted in accordance with the booking terms and selected package.

Beautiful private tour, lots of information from our guide, best weather with wonderful views of Mount Fuji. We were picked up in the morning by our guide directly at the hotel and he was happy to respond to our individual wishes during the tour. Can only be recommended.
