    Absolute Disaster! Total Incompetence and Farcical Customer Service—AVOID!

    If you want your limited time in Rio completely ruined, book with this company. They are grossly incompetent and do not care about their customers. We booked their walking tour of Lapa and Old Rio, paying double the price of competing tours because we expected a premium, reliable experience. Instead, it was an absolute nightmare. We arrived at the meeting point 1.5 hours early and WhatsApped them well in advance to confirm we were there. When 10:00 AM arrived, there was no guide in sight. I had to chase them down myself just to get answers. They lazily passed off a number and told me to contact the guide directly. When I did, she had absolutely no idea who I was or what tour I was talking about! By 10:15 AM, I called the office back demanding an explanation. Instead of apologizing for their massive blunder, the staff had the absolute nerve to tell me I was being "rude." I was rightfully angry because of their incompetence and complete lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, fifteen minutes after our tour was supposed to start, they casually informed me it would be another 25 minutes before a guide could even get to us. I immediately demanded a full refund. I only had one precious day to experience Rio de Janeiro, and this company completely destroyed it. Do yourself a favor: choose an alternative tour company that actually shows up. This lot is a joke. Avoid at all costs! Absolute Disaster! Total Incompetence and Farcical Customer Service—AVOID!

    Hello my dear! Now let´s tell our readers the truth: You arrived 1 hour and a half earlier and demanded that the guide showed up at a different time for your convenience. You were provided the guide´s number but didn´t bother to speak to her. All this could have been avoided. When we found out and to our shock there was a problem, we apologized and explained that the guide was new and we had a communication problem, but at the same time in the very last minute we were sending a new guide over in only 25 minutes. You literally called us to let the anger our of your system. But we don´t tolerate disrespect. It really wasn´t our fault. And we surely didn´t do it on purpose. We are a 5-star company who aim to always provide love and knowleadge to our customers.
