Our Client's flight was delayed, so they ended up losing these tickets. But what's really not acceptable is that they never let the Client get a refund or reschedule this activity, so they lost it all.

I toured just the actual aquarium only. There are a few more options. It's small, but very interesting. Super clean environment and the restrooms were very clean.

Paid for this and sent the tour company 2 messages but never actually received the tickets. They sent a voucher saying tickets will come after but never did
